Our package collected and fully paid for delivery to Abuja from London has still not been delivered after 4 weeks! Worse still the boss of CargoNaija is denying full payment was made! How do you ship to Abuja without first collecting payment? Totally unreliable! Still awaiting location of the parcel. Horrible services.

Amazing! Very easy to communicate with and the delivery was quick and efficient. I asked the Connect in Lagos to collect my parcel for me because I was not there. He arranged collected and sorted everything out before shipping. Then when it got to SA, I received it on the same day it arrived. WOW.

I needed to send a package to Nasarawa State. A friend recommended this company. I have been so impressed with each and every contact I have had with them. In a world that seems dominated by long automated queues on phone lines, by AI bots manning customer service enquiries, CargoNaija is a breath of fresh air. Not only do you get through to a human every time, they are all so helpful and professional. I would have no hesitation in using them the next time I’m sending something from the 🇬🇧 to 🇳🇬. This Oyibo is more than happy to recommend this company. It has been a pleasure dealing with them.

I can’t believe people are saying the truth concerning this company. If so, I plead to differ. My packages were delivered to their Olaiya Lagos address on the 24th of February, 2025 and the lady that did the drop off was told it will take 8 to 10 days for pickup in the US. Fast track to when it was supposed to get to the US, about the 7th of March, right? But no, after lots of back and forth and having to call their London office for SOS, we were told on the 17th that the package did not leave Nigeria until the 7th????? 12 solid days after the package was dropped off. And mind you, the customer service manager or officer was soooo rude, hung up the phone on me (customer o, I guess customer is not king anymore in Nigeria). And since then,it has been back and forth, flimsy and dumb reasons reason are given for why I have not received my packages (2boxes of wedding souvenir o). “US airlines are having issues” according to them. If you are going to lie that reason does not make sense at all.
“We are sorry for all inconvenience” is all I am getting from them now, 6 weeks after. Cargonaija, for every review I see that is positive, take it from me, I will counter it. You have not done well at all and your staff needs customer service training.
