Awful service. Currently challenging a TV that was damaged after a large cost removal. They’re saying that because we didn’t turn on every TV and check each one within 7 days they’re not providing us with ANY compensation — and not even a contribution. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!

We are very happy with the service provided by City Removals, and all at a very reasonable price. The guys were great, extremely efficient and careful with our furniture, and our move (1-bedroom flat) was completed within 3-3.5 hours. Would definitely use again!

Agreed date for move with them 2 months in advance only for them to pull out just a week before we were due to move as ‘HR had allowed too many people to take holiday’ . Really disappointing and wouldn’t recommend. Since posting my review they have asked me to remove this post on the basis that it wasn’t a ‘confirmed booking’ because like anyone moving house we couldn’t confirm the exact moving date until we exchanged contracts. Not a stress you want just before moving.

An excellent removal company! Professional, polite, hard working and efficient! Also very well priced!! They moved the contents of our flat to our new house very efficiently and without damaging or breaking anything! They turned up on time with 2 vans and lots of packing and padded containers and materials. We needed to move a lot of framed and non framed art and they did and excellent job of packing and transporting them too. Definitely would use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We recently moved home and decided to use the service of city removals and we are certainly glad that we did. The price was competitive the communication was excellent and their service was brilliant -plus they are members of British Association of Removals, which is reassuring. The 5 man team arrived on time for an 8 am start. (Great friendly guys )Their vans were loaded in 2 hours, which was amazing , considering how much contents we had! They unassembled our sofas and beds , and when we arrived at our new home, put everything back together again. I can recommend city removals for a very smooth home move.
