CML cargo is the best!!! I shipped my tv,computer,other electronics,clothes, etc and everything was packaged with care..it also arrived within the expected date in good condition.I highly recommend them.

Absolutely Not trusted company They told me between 4 to 6 weeks but they mange they get my items in 3 months ,out of 10 table top I found it 5 of them broken right in the middle , The ownerS specially in istanbul he is not honest and biggest liar , in UK side the boss called [Name removed by Sirelo] he is also not honest and liar to .
As soon as they unloaded my goods quickly and asked their shipping fees when I seen 5 table tops are broken I refuse the pay the shipping fees he than started to load back my tables to his van , when I tried to stop him he was behaving disgusting , swearing , attacking me with his mans , when I asked their insurance details he refused to give it to me , it is up to you but this company not trusted at all , check their Facebook page you will see to many reviews same as my situations

The worst experience. Turned 2 days late with just a transit van despite sending them photos and insisting that I had quite a lot of stuff. The next van arrived 10 days later when I had already left Spain. Wouldn’t deliver my belongings unless I paid them 2.000 pounds extra, a blackmail.When I eventually got my belongings don’t know where they had stored, black dirt everywhere most furniture broken damage amount to several thousand pounds. No logic in packing there are still plenty of things missing. I can not give them any stars as it would be in negative. The stress they caused me was unbelievable most of my phone calls were unanswered. Whoever got in touch with them were surprised as how unprofessional they were.

This is the worst experience I can have. Took them more than 8 weeks to bring my staff was promised 3weeks. My Tv was broken most of my plates was broken. Tried to replace my Tv with a second hand one given the reason that the Tv was used. Was promised that my plates was going to be replaced it’s been 3 months and has still not been replaced they do not answer my phone call or replied to my messages I am taken them to court tomorrow. Please don’t fool into cheap price as they took all the money upfront they did not bother to replace my plate. Not recommended at all!!

A few slight problems with initial communication, the guys who collected my items spoke brilliant English and treated everything with care
Excellent value for money.
Would have preferred prefer more communication with my coordinator
