This was hands down the worst shipping experience of my life. Eurosender was completely unresponsive and inefficient — they didn’t reply to emails on time, failed to communicate with DHL properly, and I had to personally step in and chase both sides to get basic updates (which was supposed to be their job).
They lost my shipment, then found it, only to send it back to the original location. After weeks of back-and-forth, I finally received the shipment a month later, with the boxes completely damaged.
Total lack of accountability, poor communication, and zero professionalism.
Do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away.

They charged for express delivery with a two-day deadline, but the package arrived five days late. Then they refer to the terms and conditions and the human factor. You have caused me irreparable damage. I do not recommend.

I paid 186 euros to pick up a parcel from the Netherlands on 02/05/2025 between 9:00-16:00. they didn't pick up the package. I rescheduled for 11.02.2025, also they didn't pick up the package. the package was purchased from a Troostwijk auction and as a result I paid a penalty of 572 euros. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY

After several emails, the extra charge has been refunded
My original parcel was priced at €52 and today they took an extra €65,24 from my account for an overweight package! I have replied to all their emails, I called customer support, but still I'm waiting for a response!
(Update) They replied back that the evidence I submitted are not enough... WHY WOULDN'T YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE POSTING THE PARCEL?
(Update) I received a refund after exchanging a few emails with customer service. The reason for the 3 stars is that I didn't like the fact that you took the money from Paypal without waiting for my evidence. I have sent a email with my evidence as soon as I received the notice from you, but I didn't hear back from you. And I had to call again for the issue to be sorted

This has been the worst experience ever sending a package. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unreliable and not trustworthy. I have called almost every day for consecutive 2 weeks to again and again ask when will the package be delivered, even though I had a date for it and it was never collected. No communication has been sent that the courier will be late (I almost wonder if it ever was communicated with the courrier) and every time on the phone they were 'sorry that this is happenning' rescheduling the collection and then it never came to an end. I had to cancel since I can't wait for another week - they offered me 'another' date for pick up which was in a week... after already waiting for 2 weeks. This has happenned 2 times - I thought the previous one was a mistake but it turns out it's not. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
