Once we opened the 4 boxes we had carefully packed with multiple layers of protection and some plastic bubble wrap we found out that almost everything was broken down and even metal objects where deformed and damaged. I don’t know what they did during the trip and how poorly our parcels were handled.
We even tried to initiate a claim for the damages with every item cost being properly demonstrated and the damages being also documented. They just answered that, even though every item was properly packed they do not take responsibility for any damage made to plastic, ceramic, metal,…practically you should send absolutely nothing accordingly to their policies for claim.
It was the worst experience I ever had (having already sent many parcels before with other companies). I would absolutely recommend to avoid this service and go to one of the competitors. I cannot even describe how angry and disappointed I am.Read more

They lost my shipment, then found it, only to send it back to the original location. After weeks of back-and-forth, I finally received the shipment a month later, with the boxes completely damaged.
Total lack of accountability, poor communication, and zero professionalism.
Do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away.



My original parcel was priced at €52 and today they took an extra €65,24 from my account for an overweight package! I have replied to all their emails, I called customer support, but still I'm waiting for a response!
(Update) They replied back that the evidence I submitted are not enough... WHY WOULDN'T YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE POSTING THE PARCEL?
(Update) I received a refund after exchanging a few emails with customer service. The reason for the 3 stars is that I didn't like the fact that you took the money from Paypal without waiting for my evidence. I have sent a email with my evidence as soon as I received the notice from you, but I didn't hear back from you. And I had to call again for the issue to be sorted
