Gentleman & a Van was set up following a very poor experience whilst moving flats in London with one of the market leaders in the home removals industry. It was clear there was a place for a man and van, home removals and office removals company that focused on good old fashioned quality of service geared to modern removal needs.

Amazing experience and great service! The Gentleman & A Van team was professional, helpful from the beginning until the end! They made the booking very easy and on the day of the big move, the guys were very helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and professional service. Ian and Nick moved us out of our house in London to an an address in Cambridgeshire in March 2024 and could not have been more helpful, courteous and efficient on our moving day. They turned up early, worked their socks off and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I would definitely recommend Gentlemen and a Van!

Excellent service - AJ and his team were amazing - super speedy but extremely careful and respectful. We even had a comment from our new neighbours that they loved hearing a happy removal team singing whilst they worked! Highly recommend and we would 100% use them again (although I don't want to move anytime soon!)

Hired Gentleman and A Van to carry out a dual move (Storage & House), they were simply brilliant from the move surveyor Tom, who came out and helped plan the move, to the amazing team of actual movers, Liam, Josh, Ebi, Matt & James.
The moving team led by Liam were prompt, very professional and importantly took direction from us on what we considered as valuables. Definitely the best moving company we've worked with in the UK and I should know, we've moved 5 times in 7 years and used several moving companies. I'd recommend Gentleman and A Van any day.
Last but not least, Lauren at the office, helped sort a last minute cleaning service, again the cleaning team led by Ed, did a great job

This is the second occasion we have used Gentleman & A Van and after a great first experience they didn't disappoint on the second job either. Their ops team in the back office are responsive & efficient and their removal teams are courteous, flexible and highly professional, all of which eases the stress of moving.
