This company lost many of our belongings while moving from the UK to Georgia, despite us insuring them for £10,000. Now they're simply saying: we can't help – contact insurance company. They lost the frame of an expensive lifting desk, parts from a vacuum cleaner, broken dishes and glasses, and lost clothes.
We're also missing new sets of towels and bed linen. My husband and I are absolutely shocked, but they're simply not helping! Avoid people who charge £4,000 for their services plus insurance – and then do a poor job and simply leave you without your belongings!
Could someone from the company explain how to use these expensive vehicles without their spare parts? The photo shows a table and a vacuum cleaner.
By the way, the people who picked up the items from England were given cash tips for a job well done. The job was terrible! Will you give me my money back?

I used Gosselin to bring over to London a few family possessions from Rome. The service was outstanding throughout the process: both Ileana and Patrizio in the office were very supportive and quick in responding to all my queries. I met the removal crews both in Rome and London. They were all fantastic and very efficient. I will not hesitate to use them again.
