A most professionally managed move and a great experience through out. From the detailed and helpful survey and the outstanding customer service provided by the office staff to the excellent packing teams that worked with diligence and care to pack and unpack our house move, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We were very pleased to have entrusted our house move to the Hallmark team.

Having had serious stress because on returning from long holiday to find our home badly damaged by water leakage and having to move into temporary housing we were dreading the move. Should not have worried about the move. Jerry assessed the job, excellent man. On the day of the move we had a 4 man team and I would give them 100 out 10 if that was possible! SUPERB!
Lastly, but not least was their office manager Lauren, again we couldn’t have had a better coordinator, truly amazing. When we eventually return home Hallmark will be a MUST!

I don't recommend this removal company due to a lack of professionalism when undertaking the move. They damaged a number of items due to carelessness including a piece of irreplaceable artwork. A member of the removal team got their blood over our belongings and used a lot of profanity during the move to the point where the team got into an altercation with one another. I suggest going elsewhere as they just made an already stressful day even more stressful.
