We have been using highlight express for many years now and I’ve always found them professional, courteous and extremely Helpful. We have found their prices very competitive, and their boxes have been extremely sturdy, And for more valuable items, I would strongly recommend their wooden crates.
Yes they are more costly, but in my opinion they have been worth it, not only have they lasted the trip to the Philippines, but were also used on the return journey back to the UK many years later by another shipper (as highlight express dont ship PHP-UK currently), as the other suppliers boxes didn’t give me the reassurance we needed due to their build quality.
Highlight Express also offer a Storage Service in Manila that we have used often, and again found their service very convenient, well priced and safe and secure.

UNRELIABLE! my friend sent her boxes November it just arrived after 7 months while i sent mine last January 24 and its now june 18 and atill not delivered and what pisses me off is tge guy who picked up said MAY then june - like june when and he made mw sound like i was at fault- another guy said by the address and my friend who sent her boxes laat november arrived at my place only last june 16- so if its by the address - mobe isnt delivered- trying to call no one is answering and i was also told to pay my friend😡😡 like why woukd i pay for the shipping and whats inside the boxes when they are at fault- i think they just get the money of unsuspecting customers
Honestly! dont use this co- use ither cargo and tou can track your boxes and would only take almost 3 month- i used lbc for 4 boxes sent it march 14 and was deliveres to ky house in the philippines May 20

For many years now, as long as I can remember, we have been using Highlights Express services to send our belongings / gifts back home.
This time we asked to them to help us send our lamp from the UK to Philippines! All we had to do, was send over the measurements and they helped by having a custom made box (a perfect fit if I may say) just for the lamp! It was packed by Highlights in the custom made box at our UK home and collected. Of course, all perfectly packed and sealed / nailed.
A few months later and a week before we arrived back in Philippines, it was delivered safe and sound.
Thank you again Highlights for sending our lamp over! Until our next box to send ☺️
