I would highly recommend this company. We were stranded as our van had broken down, we were travelling from London to Glasgow. Staff went above and beyond to make arrangements to get us and our equipment back to Glasgow safely. Drivers were very professional and friendly

The movers dropped my fairly new washer-dryer at the doorstep, damaging the back panel. Unfortunately, we didn’t check it immediately and let the men load it into the truck. We only discovered the damage upon arrival at our new property a few hours later. We immediately informed them. Their terms and conditions clearly state that items are insured and compensation is provided in case of damage. However, despite weeks of follow-ups, no one has resolved the issue. The washer dryer now makes loud noises when spinning due to the lose back panel. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability. I really regret not going with my usual movers who have always promptly resolved any issues. It's been 3 weeks now, will have to contact again and see how it goes.

I have just used this company today. I had originally booked a removal service who let me down 1 hr before I was supposed to move. I found this company and booked removal and within 1 hr they arrived. The price was great they actually saved me money from the original house movers a d they did it all in 1 hr 45 min. Very very satisfied with the service and would 100% recommend. They saved the day for me. Thanks guys.

We needed someone at short notice and for New Years Eve/New Years Day. House Movers were very accommodating. The team arrived on time (for both days) and were very efficient. Packing was to a high standard with attention to detail. Alot of care was taken with our more valuable possessions. Definitely would use again. Thank you! 👍🙂

I had a bad experience with this company on September 6th. The person who came was very rude and demanding from the start. He was also swearing in Arabic throughout the process.
I just wanted to reach the final destination and get the job done quickly. In the end, I decided to finish unloading myself and didn’t want to extend the booked time with him.
I understand this job can be challenging, but moving is difficult for us as customers too. There’s no reason to hire someone who brings a bad attitude to the task
