OMG what a fantastic team of men and company. I really cannot recommend this company highly enough, absolutely outstanding company for which we used for our residential move, nothing was too much trouble, even in the late of the day once we had our key, in the torrential rain, they are an example of how a company really works. Brilliant, and I would highly recommend without any doubt.

Really happy with the service received from Inline. Very professional staff, quick to respond to queries and good use of initiative for problem solving. Used for moving and months of storage. I’m very very happy. Lovely and patient staff. They really look after your possessions, in my case quite problematic antique chest of drawers as an example . Will recommend. Thank you guys.

The team were hardworking, friendly and professional throughout. I’ve used Inline twice and have been impressed both times. Packing service was quick and efficient- all items packed appropriately and handled with care where necessary. Highly recommend

Used their moving &packing service and that was horrible! AVOID this moving company at all costs—an absolute disaster.
1. Supervisor Terry came for an on-site assessment but underestimated the truck size and manpower needed. Since they couldn’t make last-minute adjustments, we were left waiting in frustration.
2. We clearly informed them that the house had to be cleared by 2 PM on completion day and they promised to complete the job by 2 PM, but due to insufficient manpower and trucks, they only finished at 4:30 PM.
3. Their after-sales service is terrible. The moving process was extremely stressful, and after I sent a complaint email, customer service promised to follow up but never did.
I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Avoid. Charged me for storing someone else's belongings and when the error was discovered refused to refund my money despite repeated requests. I also note the aggressive response to negative user experiences on Trust Pilot - I'm sure I'll get the same.
