1. Supervisor Terry came for an on-site assessment but underestimated the truck size and manpower needed. Since they couldn’t make last-minute adjustments, we were left waiting in frustration.
2. We clearly informed them that the house had to be cleared by 2 PM on completion day and they promised to complete the job by 2 PM, but due to insufficient manpower and trucks, they only finished at 4:30 PM.
3. Their after-sales service is terrible. The moving process was extremely stressful, and after I sent a complaint email, customer service promised to follow up but never did.
I strongly do NOT recommend this company.



What I appreciate most about Inline is their attention to detail and care for my belongings. They made sure everything was properly wrapped and secured during the move, and nothing was damaged or broken. Their pricing was also very reasonable and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.
Overall, I highly recommend Inline to anyone in need of reliable and professional movers. I plan to use them again in the future and wouldn't trust anyone else with my moves. Thank you for making the stressful process of moving so much easier!
