Used their moving &packing service and that was horrible! AVOID this moving company at all costs—an absolute disaster.
1. Supervisor Terry came for an on-site assessment but underestimated the truck size and manpower needed. Since they couldn’t make last-minute adjustments, we were left waiting in frustration.
2. We clearly informed them that the house had to be cleared by 2 PM on completion day and they promised to complete the job by 2 PM, but due to insufficient manpower and trucks, they only finished at 4:30 PM.
3. Their after-sales service is terrible. The moving process was extremely stressful, and after I sent a complaint email, customer service promised to follow up but never did.
I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Avoid. Charged me for storing someone else's belongings and when the error was discovered refused to refund my money despite repeated requests. I also note the aggressive response to negative user experiences on Trust Pilot - I'm sure I'll get the same.

The Inline team was absolutely great. Their professional friendly approach to everything was really great. They worked and tailored all their service to your needs and were happy to make adjustments on the day too. The team were very polite and I was happy to buy them some pizza help for all their work. They made moving less stressful!

I have used Inline Removals twice now and I have been thoroughly impressed both times! Their team of movers is incredibly efficient and professional, making the moving process a breeze. They were always on time and worked quickly to get everything loaded and unloaded at each location.
What I appreciate most about Inline is their attention to detail and care for my belongings. They made sure everything was properly wrapped and secured during the move, and nothing was damaged or broken. Their pricing was also very reasonable and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.
Overall, I highly recommend Inline to anyone in need of reliable and professional movers. I plan to use them again in the future and wouldn't trust anyone else with my moves. Thank you for making the stressful process of moving so much easier!

Very pleased with the service, can highly recommend.Responded promptly to initial contact (on recommendation of a neighbour), arrangements were clear and professionally managed. In particular I was impressed with how the piano was so carefully handled. The team (Brian and Simon) were great - arrived right on time, worked professionally and were fully engaged in doing a super job. Would definitely use them again.

AMAZING SERVICE WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Gavin and Jay were exceptional! Moving out was so stressful but thanks to their patience and over and above service i felt so much better. I would highly recommend them! They provided enough boxes, for everything from paintings, instruments, glass tables, etc and my paintings were safely stored!
