Everything about this removal was well organised, with plenty of advance notice, reminders and follow up. The driver was exceptionally helpful and found ingenious ways to get my heavy items moved in and out of both properties. I highly recommend.

Awful experience. We booked for 11am, the night before they rang to ask if we could switch to 9am due to a sick driver. We changed our entire day plan to accommodate them. Then on the day, 9.30am, no sign. After continued chasing they eventually admitted they'd messed up and double booked 9am, but they'd come soon. As we were due to lose at least an hour, we asked for an hour off the price. They refused. In the end we cancelled and found a helpful friendly alternative for much cheaper. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Sebastian and Hubert made the whole process smooth and calm. I felt safe and relaxed with them both and would use them again to move house. They took great care with my belongings and made moving much easier.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. One of the most professional contractors I've had the chance to hire. What impressed me the most initially was the ability to get a quote, book the service and make the payment entirely online, without any human intervention whatsoever. This is a big plus, if you don't fancy waiting for phone calls, emails or getting involved in complicated gimmicks just to get a quote. Pricing is also totally transparent and expert guidance is provided on the website, so I didn't get any surprises in the end. On the the day of the move, the team arrived on time to collect the items, reached the destination before the estimated time and, above all ensured the items were collected and then delivered in the most time-efficient way possible, without any damage and observing our requirements regarding fragile items.

I hired LMV (Wojtek and assistant) to transport a large volume of my possessions from one storage facility to another. They did this professionally and painstakingly. I recommend LMV services and have already booked to use them again.

Really happy with the service. They called me know 20 minutes before they arrived to keep me in the loop, they packed up my furniture within 30 minutes, arrived in good time to my new flat and unloaded everything in 25 minutes. They had secured everything really well so nothing moved in transit, and managed to get some furniture into my flat that I wasn’t sure would fit through the gate and door. Really friendly and professional, decent price, would 100% use again and recommend.
