Great communication at booking stage and prior to move day. Great team sent to move house led by experienced Sebastien. Not fazed by the task at hand, promptly loaded all packed items and efficiently dismantled bigger items to ease removal from original locations and load their van. Same efficiency at the delivery location in spite of it being late in the day. Responsive back office seeking feedback to fix any possible after move issues by checking in with client the following day. Certainly would use this service again.

I’m incredibly happy with Marcin and Ali's service. They arrived on time, and took a smart and efficient approach to loading and unloading the van, treating my belongings with great care, especially the fragile items. Everything arrived exactly as it was before the move! I also want to personally thank them for being so approachable and friendly, which helped turn what’s usually a stressful experience into a smooth and reassuring one :)

UPDATE (July 2025): Booked again after great experience for moves in May and didn't disappoint. I actually had Ali again and we successfully did the load and unload both in under 10 minutes! This time it was 25 boxes, few suitcases and large items but as usual super fast, friendly and efficient!
Original (May 2025): I booked 2 moves over the weekend with London Man Van, one to temporary accommodation and another to storage.
In both instances they turned up with ample large vans for the job, were clearly VERY well experienced and incredibly fast. I helped out with both to speed things up but their expertise and experience was clear, knowing very well the storage space we’d need by sqft precisely and how to pack most effectively and what to take apart when.

We used this van service for our recent house move, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Sebastian and his brother were incredibly professional, efficient, and full of positive energy throughout the entire process.
