Honestly, don't bother. I almost blame myself- after reading the reviews on here, I spoke to [name removed by Sirelo] about my concerns and was assured all would be fine. However 2 weeks after moving, we still haven't received all our stuff and what you will find is if there is an issue, [name removed by Sirelo] will not answer messages or receive calls. For context, I was polite in all my exchanges, so that can't be used as an excuse.
They sent 2 trucks (as planned)- one a day early and one on the day of the move- no issues there. The issue is truck 2 was half full of someone else's stuff. They tried to deny this but we saw it with our own eyes when they showed up. This meant that ours wouldn't fit so a call on the day, again [name removed by Sirelo] assured us that it would get picked up and delivered. Nothing. And as I said above, calls, whatsapp messages, voice messages avoided.
If you value your possessions, go with someone else, it honestly isn't worth the risk.

Can't fault [name removed by Sirelo] and his team. Fast, efficient, reassuring and made a stressful day so much easier. Would use again in a heartbeat.

[name removed by Sirelo] may well give a cheap quote but if you want to keep all your belongings I urge you to AVOID this company and any other that [name removed by Sirelo] is involved with and look elsewhere.

They still have my TV 10 months after my move. Despite numerous phone calls, emails and texts between myself and [name removed by Sirelo] it has not been returned. The TV was put in his cab separate from everything else for some reason during the move and was 'forgotten' about when unloading. [name removed by Sirelo] told me he would return it to me, but he hasn't. At first he told me it was 'in storage', then later told me that they have 'accidentally damaged' it during 'operational issues'. He offered payment to buy another and even asked for my bank details to transfer the monies. Which he didn't do. I believe he was just fobbing me off in every exchange we had. All of this took many calls both to his mobile and the number on the website.The woman on the other end of the business number gave a lot of excuses as to why [name removed by Sirelo] wasn't available to speak and either she didn't pass on my messages or he ignored them. This was over six months ago. Since then I've heard nothing and had no money or TV despite reminders from myself. [name removed by Sirelo] ignored all my last communications.

In addition to this, several items were damaged, a lightshade disappeared, furniture was not reassembled or put into appropriate rooms as agreed on . Most of my belongings were left in complete chaos in one room. A box of plants was placed under a heavy box crushing them all.

I understand that accidents happen but my belongings were treated with utter disrespect. As was I!

This was a painful but necessary move for me and my daughter during a really difficult time and [name removed by Sirelo] and co made it all the more so.

Don't be fooled by the logos on the Move Synergy webpage. They are no longer a member of Compare My Move network. Professional Movers Association are a dissolved company and Move Assured told me they definitely do not recommend Move Synergy and have asked them to remove the logo. I'm not at all surprised to see another client is taking action against this company (as in the previous review).
