Have used many removal firms in my time but nothing compares to the Moving Home Company. I was offered a competitive rate, the team were absolutely professional & delivered on everything they promised. The office staff were patient, attentive and nothing was too much. On the day of moving, only two packers arrived in the morning and a co-ordinator later that morning, despite being told they would be packing, there was enough staff to pack with one person itemising and the other two packing, we had to pack ourselves all bedrooms and the left and despite this we didn’t finish until 8pm, due to running out of bubble wrap for the larger items. Leading up to the move they were extremely efficient. Post packing I still don’t have the packing lists and no idea when our stuff will be loaded despite calling and emailing. Docs were re-sent but when you access them it says still processing. At this stage feel extremely concerned that we will have a challenge throughout until delivery.
