Pawel was very helpful and responsive when booking in our move, and the team on the day did a great job. Moved us from London to Oxfordshire in a morning (including carrying all our furniture down a fire escape staircase!). Very good value, would recommend!

Great service from start to finish. Contact was easy and straightforward, even with short notice. Mr Paweł was professional and efficient—he helped us load everything and made sure it was all securely strapped down.
He moved our one-bedroom flat in a single trip, and the van was large enough that it could’ve easily taken more. Impressive driving too—he reversed into a tight street and positioned the van perfectly for unloading.
Highly recommended. Would definitely use again.

Seamless experience from start to finish. Two men and a luton van arrived on time, worked quickly and went above and beyond to be friendly and professional. The van was clean, they packed it really well and we moved house with zero damage to anything. They even waited for an hour whilst we collected keys to the new place. 100% recommend their services to anyone moving house! Thank you Sam and the other guy with him (sorry I forgot your name) – because of you guys our move was stress-free!

Optimal removals were incredible. We had the whole packing and move service from London to Bristol and they could not have been any more efficient, courteous and flexible. They were so helpful both with packing and putting the furniture back together. I would recommend to anyone moving, they are so professional and made our moving day such a lovely experience. Super recommend as they made my life so much easier with my move. Pawel came around to scope the job and from there it all went super smoothly despite the fact that out move date changed a couple of time. The guys that did the move were friendly, super polite, very efficient and even made sure I kept the needed bits outside of the boxes. Very fairly priced as well! Would 200% recommend.

Fantastic company with reasonable pricing! I’ve used them twice in the past month for two moves (Putney and New Malden), and every member of the team was hardworking, polite, and professional. They even accommodated a last-minute time change on my behalf. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pawel and his team. :)
