Optimal Removals Ltd looked after my house move 5th time now. Phenomenal work and service with a smile. All done on time and on a rainy day. Couldn’t fault anything. Will certainly hire them again and again. Million thanks!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Optimal Removals. Pawel and Christian arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were professional, careful, and extremely efficient, handling everything from heavy furniture to a huge mirror with ease. Nothing was damaged, and it was obvious they know what they are doing.
About 30 minutes into the move, the electricity went out in my building for nearly two hours. I am still shocked by Pawel’s honesty and fairness, he only charged a minimal amount for the downtime!! They also let me go with them in the Van which made the move go so much easier.
Overall, the whole process was stress-free thanks to their expertise, care, and integrity. I can’t recommend Optimal Removals enough to anyone in London looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy removals team

Paweł at Optimal Removals offers great service at a reasonable price, working diligently and always with kindness.
Throughout the entire move, they were professional and made sure everything was done safely.

Both Paweł and his colleague were absolutely fantastic. Very efficient and helpful, we managed to get the job done in less time than expected. Really friendly and knowledgeable - we had a great chat on the way to the new property. Felt in reliable and safe hands. Would definitely recommend. I rarely write reviews but am happy to give credit where credit is due. Hopefully I won't have to be moving again anytime soon, though if and when I do I'll be asking them for their services again.

Pawel was very helpful and responsive when booking in our move, and the team on the day did a great job. Moved us from London to Oxfordshire in a morning (including carrying all our furniture down a fire escape staircase!). Very good value, would recommend!

Great service from start to finish. Contact was easy and straightforward, even with short notice. Mr Paweł was professional and efficient—he helped us load everything and made sure it was all securely strapped down.
He moved our one-bedroom flat in a single trip, and the van was large enough that it could’ve easily taken more. Impressive driving too—he reversed into a tight street and positioned the van perfectly for unloading.
Highly recommended. Would definitely use again.
