Shady company- I sent through polish shop- I was forced to pay cash I didn't received any receipt, this is like two weeks and parcel is no where to be seen in Poland. Tere is impossible to track the parcel and staff is so rude- I emailed and called and they just rudely told me to wait.

Amazing service! I was sending clothes donated by my neighbours to my Ukrainian friends in Poland. Szybka Paczka delivered them for free as humanitarian aid. If I need to send a parcel to Poland again I will definitely use this company and will not hesitate to recommend them! Thank you, you are very kind

Parcel delivered quickly. I ordered on Monday, picked up the courier on Tuesday, and on Friday at the recipient. I highly recommend.

Never again. The state of the parcel when it arrived- you would not believe it if not the pictures. The company itself (Szybka paczka) does not take any responsibility for it. Items from the parcel simply fell out and got lost. People who damaged it are simply too lazy to secure it with sellotape or stretch foil. Some of them I found outside my property after it was delivered. When I made a brief list of lost items and stated their value, I was informed that I have to provide receipts for them, otherwise there will be no refund. Who on earth collects them just in case your parcel goes missing or is damaged ? What is the insurance provided by Szybka paczka for ? My advice- use a company that delivers parcels without using other external companies like GLS.
