Wow we really can’t thank Tony and his team enough. So perfectly professional, trustworthy, cheerful and efficient. We had issues with our completion date and had to relocate temporarily, Tony handled it all. Even our ancient piano turned up perfectly in tune! Couldn’t fault them, thank you so much for being so helpful and keeping us sane

I think the quality of a company is when something goes slightly wrong, how do they then rectify it? We had a small issue with our move however the Promover team sorted it right away for me with no stress.
100% would recommend and we'll use them again!
Also while quoting before our move, they were one of the only companies to attend and see us, I felt a couple of their competitors who asked me to walk around and film the place for them were a bit lazy!

The Promover team were excellent and I would 100% recommend. Tony was very helpful and professional from the beginning. He did a very thorough video inventory of the flat and sent us through a quote and confirmed dates quickly. When our house purchase had a delay, the team kindly didn’t charge us a postponement fee which really went a long way to making the process less stressful. On the day, the team arrived early, and were very careful and efficient disassembling furniture and moving everything. They were friendly and put everything into the rooms we asked them to. Overall, I would 100% recommend Promover and would use them again.
