We experienced the same today! Unfortunately. The two men in van are great and polite despite being late, they received help from my family, however it still took a long time as my family noticed they started to move slow.
We left 5min after the drivers and they arrived after us - I presume driving around to waste time!
My mother over heard the man on the phone who I presume owns the business telling the driver not to release the last batch until we pay him - bullying tactic
We asked for money off - which he stated no. We ended up paying £998 for two trips.
- Damaged our 60inch TV and does not want to pay compensation…
As stated previously from other reviews the owner has bad customer service, he doesn’t take accountability, extremely petty and over charges for he’s fees.
He pays for he’s reviews 5 star - I should have read the negative reviews before ever thinking to book with them!Read more

DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS AS LIKELY FAKE. PLEASE READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS IT IS A TRUE PICTURE OF HOW THEY OPERATE!!
This company is run by a bunch of arrogant criminals who quote one fee online then try
charging you a triple fee for the overtime in the same timeframe and the same hours they have already charged you for.
Booked this company online to move my remaining items and paid the deposit of £69 towards £252 quoted fee that was due upon completion of the removal into the Uxbridge storage. We agreed the overnight fee of £150 plus VAT from 8 pm -8 am and for the driver to take all my items into the Uxbridge storage I paid for at 8 am the following morning. .Once the driver started offloading my items I was sent a text to pay extra 4 hours
bringing it to a new total of £803
I asked Que Removal to explain this new total of £803 and they said it was for extra 4 hours on top of the overnight fee of £150 plus VAT we agreed previously. However, this is the same time frame 8 pm -8 am I already agreed to pay the overnight fee of £180 for
The loading of the van started at 6.10 pm and it was completed by 8.20 pm . I agreed to pay the overnight fee of £180 from 8 pm till 8 am the following morning . The driver called me in the morning at 7.38 am to tell me he was driving to the Uxbridge storage to offload my items The driver started offloading the van before 9am Shortly after 9 am I was texted by Que Removal to pay £803 . I asked for an explanation of the new total of £803 as it was different from what we agreed and he texted back threatening if I did not pay by 10 am they would drive away with my items
They quoted the below breakdown of the costs:
• Outstanding balance (initial booking is £252): £189.00
• Four hours overtime (plus VAT per hour): £434.00
• Overnight storage fee: £180.00
• Total (including VAT): £803.00
I explained that we did not agree any overtime of 4 hours but the overnight fee of £180 from 8 pm-8 am.
I was then in transit travelling to my destination by plane and whilst in transit the Que Removal unlawfully took my items from the van that was offloading my items into the Uxbridge storage I paid for and instead took the majority of my items into a random storage in London without my consent, permission or knowledge
Once I reached my destination I communicated with Que Removal and we agreed the new total of £369 that included the initially quoted fee of 252 minus the paid deposit of £69 plus the agreed overnight fee of £180 .
I paid £369 immediately upon reaching this agreement.
However once I paid the Que Removal company started demanding I pay the daily storage fee if £190 plus VAT and holding me at ransom to either pay this phenomenally high daily storage fee of £190 plus VAT per day or not have my items back. They threatened to dispose of my items To this day
I am still waiting for my items to be made available for collection free of charge from a the storage they took the majority of my items to without my consent or knowledge!
These men should not be allowed to trade!
They behave like a bunch of criminals.
They have also been reported to the trading standards agency.
Stay away from this company .

We contacted them because their rate seemed competitive. They gave us a quote based on hours estimated for the job – we even sent a detailed video of everything to be moved. They assured us it wouldn’t take longer than the quoted time.
Once the move began, it was clear they were working slowly to extend their hours. They dragged out the process just to charge extra for “additional time.” We ended up paying double the quoted price despite trying to speed things up.
To make matters worse, they were aggressive when it came to settling the bill, demanding immediate payment and leaving us feeling trapped.
This company should not be in the moving business. Save yourself the trouble – avoid them completely, and don’t fall for their fake reviews.

Trading standards investigation is underway!
Please note a lot of the positive reviews are fake! he has bots leaving positive reviews on google and facebook!!
Absolutely ruined my sofa! i provided both pallet wrap and sofa covers which wasn’t used! The owner has a ego problem. One thing I have learned is don’t believe all the reviews. delivered bad service and also had the cheek to ask me to remove my review. on top of that he partially asked for bank transfer to then claim he has not received payment. is refusing to provide a receipt for service! held my things hostage after the drivers pretended to help me while i was collecting keys from the council but instead was charging to hold my stuff in the van £108 per hour foot me a £656 bill moving from new addington to elmers end. tried to charge me extra also for a stop that was also originally included in the booking price. wasn’t man enough to bring my goods back and sent the job to another company and acting like he was doing me a favour returning my goods even when i paid! Stay far away! will be reporting to trading standards! he’s claiming the money is pending when a payment doesn’t pend for more than 24hours. The company that picked up the job was great and respectful Flexi movers ******* give them all callRead more
Let us deal with the facts, since your review is now a mixture of half-truths, projections, and what can only be described as pure performance
You originally booked two men for two and a half hours. You used nine and a half. That is more than triple the time. You paid for exactly what you used. This was not a fixed rate. It was hourly. You were not overcharged. You were charged correctly. But instead of thanking the team for staying and completing your move, you have chosen to rewrite the story into some sort of horror show of oppression and scams. We are a moving company, not a conspiracy theory
Now let’s talk about the five ton truck. That vehicle is large enough to move the full contents of a three bedroom house. It did two trips for your job. Your load was far beyond what you claimed during booking. The fact that our team completed it in one day at all was a credit to them and to your family who helped. You praised the movers as polite and great. Then accused us of scamming you. You cannot praise people and call them thieves in the same breath. Pick a narrative
You complained that the lorry arrived five minutes after you. You were in a car. They were in a fully loaded commercial truck. If you truly believe that five minutes of slower driving is a sign of a scam, then logic is clearly not your strong point
The TV situation is another level entirely. You called us to claim we damaged a TV. The same TV our driver saw in your skip. The same TV another man tried to take, and your own mother stopped him, saying you were keeping it for repair. To then turn around and claim compensation for it is beyond dishonest. It is just embarrassing
You also criticised us for asking for payment before the final unload. That was not a bullying tactic. That was a necessary move. Because from your behaviour it was crystal clear you had no intention of paying in full. And we were right. You refused to pay for the final thirty minutes and told us to forget it. We did. But do not confuse leniency with weakness
Finally, the most telling part of this entire situation was when your partner encouraged you to pay and move forward. You slapped him in front of our team. That was not a disagreement. That was abuse. That was control. And it gave our staff a clear view into exactly what they were dealing with. You say we used bullying tactics. But from what we witnessed, the only person being bullied was your husband
This review is not a reflection of bad service. It is the reaction of someone who lost control of a situation they thought they could manipulate. And now that you had to pay the proper price, you are trying to save face by playing the victim
To future customers reading this please know we work with transparency. We charge for what is booked and what is used. We are not afraid to stand up to dishonesty and we will always speak the truth when attacked unfairlyRead more
