Told me they were going to deliver at 9am. Still waiting at nearly 5pm and no parcel. Tried calling, nobody answered. Went on the live-chat and the agent just ghosted me!

The worst! My order was supposed to arrive on the Thursday according to the tracking, but with no further update, it arrived on Friday - not really overnight service. On arrival, the driver called and asked me to go down and help him up because the item was heavy. I said no one was available to help and being heavy was not my problem, his depot should have sent two people if one couldn’t manage. He simply said ‘I have no time to argue with you, are you coming down or not? If you’re not, then I’m taking the parcel back.’ I told him to leave, he did bring it up, simply left it at the door, took a picture and walked off. All my deliveries are pleasant, with larger orders, they always offer to bring it inside for me and I have never been asked to go down and help. Such disgusting attitude, I’ve left a complaint but I don’t think I will get much out of it looking at the other review, best to avoid this service.

The parcel was due by 2:15 pm, but by 3 pm, I saw the van stuck on a nearby street. At 5:30 pm, I got an email saying there’d been an attempted delivery, though no one rang the bell. It seemed like they just wanted to finish for the day. After waiting in all day, I chose to collect it from the depot instead. Ironically, APC now demands an exact collection date, despite failing to keep to their own schedule.

Waste of space. Lied about being delivered the day it was meant to be when I spoke to them on the phone. Next day the tracking worked but then didnt bother delivering it again. Cowboys and Liars. If you dont deliver, dont say you do. Dont lie to me twice and waste my days twice!

Worse courier service, I wouldn’t recommend it , the driver buzzed my door then left, he didn’t Evan have my parcel in his hand, I have CCTV which shows it all, I called the customer service less then 5 mins later, and told them about it and asked if the driver could re deliver it, they didn't seem botherd about it, and told me I had to wait 3 days. I genuinely wish I could give 0 stars.

Worst service ever! Do not go with this courier company!
Just a bunch of jokers and do not honor their word! Failed delivery by saying Van has broken down. So my guy ends up going down to the depot to collect the box and the staff spend 20 minutes looking for it saying they can't find and its not there. Luckily he walks into the back and the box is right there in the middle but they can't be @$$ to look properly. Proper time wasters.
Pay more and go with another reliable professional courier - AVOID as they will mess you around!!! If I could leave minus review I would!
