Have previously had a delivery from this company which went very well. This time not so well. I was very distressed as the delivery didn't arrive, particularly upsetting as this was my dog's ashes. In desperation, towards 5pm tried to phone but couldn't get through. Therefore looked for their email address and sent a message not knowing if or when I would get a response.
Amazingly, I got a reply within the hour (about 6pm!) with an apology and explanation and promise I would get the delivery the next morning which I did.
I am giving this review because, even though I didn't get Jazzy's ashes back on time, they responded quickly and sympathetically. That's very rare with these courier companies.

This company are a disgrace, I had my cat cremated and they were responsible for bringing him to me.
I waited 3 days after the delivery date, I'm so angry and upset about what happened to my cat.

The parcel was due by 2:15 pm, but by 3 pm, I saw the van stuck on a nearby street. At 5:30 pm, I got an email saying there’d been an attempted delivery, though no one rang the bell. It seemed like they just wanted to finish for the day. After waiting in all day, I chose to collect it from the depot instead. Ironically, APC now demands an exact collection date, despite failing to keep to their own schedule. The collection centre, whilst difficult to find, actually employs helpful people. It is a shame that the business is dragged down by the drivers who were seen at the warehouse kicking parcels.

Delivery company or circus ? These guys are a bunch of clowns with vans, they Cant even find a simple address let alone their small willys, highly do not recommend this place.

My order suppose to arrive on 8 nov and didt show up or no update, my little one missed school photos recourse of them and still didt get or updated

Told me they were going to deliver at 9am. Still waiting at nearly 5pm and no parcel. Tried calling, nobody answered. Went on the live-chat and the agent just ghosted me!
