Simon and his team were absolutely fabulous. They packed everything up for us, nothing broken and all done very efficiently. They came when they said they would and diligently moved our belongings to the correct rooms in our new house. Moving is a stressful process, but Simon made everything much easier!

Simon and his Smile Moves team did a fantastic job of moving us. We had a 3-bed terrace with garden & shed contents and I couldn’t fault the guys. Over 2 days, they packed, loaded and unpacked everything with care and attention. Nothing was too much trouble. The packing service was great, and meant we simply left them to it on day one, making the morning of the move completely stress free. Everything was packed well, labelled, and moved to our room of choice. The lads doing all the graft were friendly and courteous, even after 3 full vans of furniture and countless boxes! Simon also offered to pick up all the used boxes and packing materials which is a brilliant extra service. Would 100% use again and highly recommended.

The power crew from Smile moved us a couple of weeks ago and made something which (in my head) was impossible, into something do-able. They also removed the tension and put a smile on our faces. Simon is very experienced, careful and considerate. His estimation of the time it would take and the number of boxes we needed was spot on. Simon is a keen re-cycler and brought me the boxes I had failed to supply as I was about 60 off. Our move was not a nice for the team as our new place was up two flights of steep stairs with twists and turns and I have some very heavy furniture but they did not complain. Simon is able to guide you expertly: Our agreement went through and due to a cancellation, he managed to accommodate our move on the following two days!! Due to this, I hadn’t given any thought to sleeping arrangements but again he guided me in this, gave great advice on what would and wouldn’t work in our new flat, and even put the beds together. This was really appreciated as I have two children and not enough head space! Everything was overseen by Simon who always co-ordinated with me to find out where things should go and was first to initiate a discussion about this. I was really pleased with Smile moves from start to finish.The clear quotation came promptly. Simon and his team arrived on time. They worked continuously and unobtrusively. They were sensitive to the trauma of leaving a home which had meant so much. They arrived in London and had to drop off at four different places. I trusted them to deliver everything in my absence. I was still tying up stuff at the previous property. They reassembled the beds and other pieces. Everything was carefully packed in boxes and wrapped spaciously in paper. I have been able to return the forty or so boxes to Simon. He was polite and understanding. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I strongly recommend Smile Moves they were beyond my expectations and seemed to make the move much easier than I’d anticipated. Enormous Thank you.

Simon and the team were brilliant, hard working, careful and nice people to have around. They packed and boxed all of our stuff, moved us and then rebuilt the furniture. As a family of four we had a lot to move, some of it really heavy garden furniture. They made a really stressful move a lot easier. Big thank you to Simon and the team. Would definitely recommend.
