I cannot recommend Simon and his team highly enough. A very personal and professional founder-led service. From the initial quotation right through to settling into the new house, they were brilliant.
I paid for the additional pack-up service which was worth its weight in gold. Everything was packaged and labelled with exceptional care.
Simon understands how stressful a move can be and went to great lengths to ensure not only that the move went as smoothly as possible, but that everything was in the right place when they left.
10/10 and I would never use anyone else now for a move.

Once again, we couldn't be happier with our house move with Smile Moves. Simon is a consummate gentleman and total legend, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. His team were just fantastic, taking great care as they packed and unpacked in the new property. They also took it all in their stride when my young kids followed them around with screwdrivers, wanting to join in! I cannot recommend the company more highly.

Recently, we used Smile Moves for the second time to help with our office move. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Simon and his team. They arrived on time and carried out their work diligently and thoroughly – from packing and labelling to dismantling furniture, and even assisting with storage arrangements. They handled our furniture and IT equipment with great care, ensuring the entire process was as smooth and straightforward as a move can be.

Simon and his team, Russell, James and Aaron were absolutely fantastic with our recent move, we couldn't fault them. They worked efficiently to ensure we left the property on time but also took great care with all of our belongings. When unpacking in the new house they were considerate with where everything went and even assembled our family beds, desk and sofas. The whole process was seamless and stress free for us and above all they were all lovely people to work with. Would recommend without hesitation.

Simon and his team were absolutely fabulous. They packed everything up for us, nothing broken and all done very efficiently. They came when they said they would and diligently moved our belongings to the correct rooms in our new house. Moving is a stressful process, but Simon made everything much easier!

Simon and his Smile Moves team did a fantastic job of moving us. We had a 3-bed terrace with garden & shed contents and I couldn’t fault the guys. Over 2 days, they packed, loaded and unpacked everything with care and attention. Nothing was too much trouble. The packing service was great, and meant we simply left them to it on day one, making the morning of the move completely stress free. Everything was packed well, labelled, and moved to our room of choice. The lads doing all the graft were friendly and courteous, even after 3 full vans of furniture and countless boxes! Simon also offered to pick up all the used boxes and packing materials which is a brilliant extra service. Would 100% use again and highly recommended.
