USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! MISSING items, DELAYED delivery, constantly had to chase for communication, stuff took 4 months to come. Please DO NOT use Solaris unless you want your move to be more stressful – Using this company was one of the biggest mistakes we could have made in our move. When they fetched our items they were four hours late, my husband had taken time off work for this so it showed a total lack of regard for our time. We should have known then. They then could not provide us with a date that our delivery would arrive at our place in the new destination country we had moved to and we literally had to email, call and chase them for more than over a month until one morning it arrived and we couldn't even plan to be there for it - we had to rush to make sure we could let them in. They used partners in the destination country that they did not vet and made us have to chase those partners for our goods and a date of delivery. We had items missing and pieces chipped and damaged. The director didn't know what happened to our lost goods and didn't even have a clear line of communication with the local company they used so had no management of it at all. At one point he asked me to make sure I tried to get the delivery man's name and also shared the local company's director's whatsapp number in an attempt for me as the client to just manage it. We were looped into so many inside emails with them and their partners, that we really didn't want to have to deal with, and we had to try to continually ask for a solution. We basically had to try manage it. We were totally disrespected along the way. Emails and calls were consistently ignored. The director said he just took comfort in the fact that our stuff had even arrived! Never took responsibility for any of it. Begging anyone to please not use this company unless they want added stress in their lives.Read more

This is a legit company providing international relocation services. They moved my personal belongings from the UK to the US. I had pets to relocate (Airpets, highly recommended) and had to budget so I packed myself and took the risk of stuff being broken. I received all my boxes and computer monitor in stellar condition and nothing was broken, which has honestly surprised me. I thought at least some things would get smashed but everything was perfect. The communication was excellent throughout the process and all the employees I communicated with were nice, polite, and helpful. If I move internationally again, I would not consider anyone else. Highly recommended.

The vessel was delayed at sea but the company did everything possible to achieve delivery before Christmas.
