This is a legit company providing international relocation services. They moved my personal belongings from the UK to the US. I had pets to relocate (Airpets, highly recommended) and had to budget so I packed myself and took the risk of stuff being broken. I received all my boxes and computer monitor in stellar condition and nothing was broken, which has honestly surprised me. I thought at least some things would get smashed but everything was perfect. The communication was excellent throughout the process and all the employees I communicated with were nice, polite, and helpful. If I move internationally again, I would not consider anyone else. Highly recommended.

The vessel was delayed at sea but the company did everything possible to achieve delivery before Christmas.
Communication was good & professional.
The delivery team was very efficient, friendly, polite &respectful.

I recently used Solaris to move from the UK to the USA and I found the team in the UK to be helpful and professional. The team who packed my items were very careful and pleasant to deal with. I received my items at the time I had requested. The delivery team on the US were good too. Would recommend.

DO NOT USE THEM TO MOVE ANY OF YOUR THINGS. While they are communicative and helpful in the lead up to collecting your good and collecting their fees, once their fees are collected, they are not proactive in keeping you updated of shipment details and timetables. In addition, their packing was absolutely terrible: boxes were not marked fragile, glassware etc was packed terribly so had broken goods in most boxes, they lost so many of my items and only managed to located some of them. A lot of my expensive and irreplaceable mid-century furniture was damaged. Worst of all they wash their hands of this and refuse to take ownership of their abhorrent quality of service. Shame on you.

Amazing team, super helpful. Absolutely brilliant service door to door, have used them twice now, each time 5 star service. They are very reasonably priced, the office team are very responsive and helpful and the removals men have been utterly lovely both times and have taken great care of my stuff. I recommend them whole heartedly

They dealt with everything promptly and efficiently and were very competitively priced. My move was quite complex (half my belongings have stayed in the UK) and involved two video surveys and quite a lot of communication. I was impressed by how they dealt with it all
