What makes your company stand out?

We've been doing removals and storage for over a decade. During that time the team netted a lot of industry awards and recognitions. That includes FORS certificate, quality certificate for Domestic Removals BS EN 12522 and successfully passed all audits from the relevant trade associations. Our warehouse is conveniently located in Central London which gives us extra reach and local knowledge to navigate through the busy London streets. We maintain new fleet of vehicles and all our European journeys are departing on time, even if we do not fill the capacity. That reassures all customers that their moves will happen within the industry approved timeframes.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We hold comprehensive insurance package offering layers of protection. That includes half a million pound cover for the storage premises, £250K limit for all risks and £100K per vehicle on all European trips. The insurance is sold directly to the consumer, who receives certificate in their name and can approach the insurance company directly, should a claim must be logged. That gives the control over the process to the consumer and limit the company's abilities to deny any responsibility.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Always check who you deal with. At Top Removals we offer transparent approach and proactive customer care. As a member of the BAR, we also participate to the Deposit Guarantee Scheme, meaning all money paid ahead of any move are guaranteed by the British Association of Removers and their fund. There is plenty of information who we are and we advise all customers what to expect during their removals experience. Many brokers will take a job and work on a margin basis, while we do the actual work. We would advise the customer to always make sure they are aware which is the company which physically do the move at the end and perhaps try to book with them directly.

Six stars!!! I cannot recommend Top Removals highly enough. A wonderful experience from start to finish. This is the company you need if moving from the UK to Scandinavia (or visa versa)! Very reasonably priced, great communication from [Names removed by Sirelo], and a great team on both ends of the job! Mine was a tough job up staircases w/no lift, but they were all smiles; kind, patient and efficient. Impressive! Thank you!

Great moving company with the best price for the requested volume. Excellent communication and really easy to talk to both on the phone and via email. Very fast replies and always incredibly informative. They help with all the required paperwork and make you feel comfortable and at ease. Everything was handled on time and according to the schedule, both at the pickup and when receiving the items. I was given frequent updates during the transit. Items were handled with care. Would 100% recommend this service.

Amazing experience from Top Removals. Everything from the chat with admin team on the phone to book the service, through to the move itself was great.

I booked the pack and move services from London to Bristol. The two guys from Top Removals were professional and packed everything with great care, carefully wrapping each item. Everything arrived intact in Bristol.

The packing part of the final cost was a bit more than initial estimate due to them needing more boxes than estimated to pack, but they were upfront on the phone when I spoke to them about the costs, and what the estimate included. So I did anticipate a higher cost as I know I probably have more than the average person. I still believe I got great value for the service they provided.

I’d happily use Top Removals again for any future moves and I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a move.
