With deep gratitude and appreciation, my husband Manu and me Levina would like to put on record the exceptional service we received from the very first call we made which Clara, Sales Director responded to. We tried all possible ways to move our belongings to Portugal before getting in touch with TP international which we were not aware off. Once we spoke to Clara, she had an answer to every hurdle we faced and made it so easy. The whole team was so joyful and genuinely helpful. They were so careing in handling the boxes and those we were unable to pack, they did it with such reasonable price. They stored our shipment for a tiny fee and delivered the shipment intact to our address in Leiria.
Thank you Clara, Philippa and everyone for such a great and flawless service. Don't know how we would have done it without you. God bless TP International and everyone for their hard work and best ever services. We have now decided to send more boxes with personal items to Portugal very soon.

My first time was when I was moving from London to Portugal, with lots and lots of items in a storage facility. Some in plastic storage boxes and other larger items loose.
I wasn't there to oversee the removal, but when the items arrived in Portugal everything arrived perfectly. Anything not in storage boxes was expertly packed and protected. I was enormously happy to receive all my stuff.
The second time myself and my wide took a car full of stuff we'd collected from my father's home, that I'd left there, to the TP International Removals office.
It was quickly processed and we carried on with he rest of our day. Suffice it to say everything arrived safely, and on a day that was convenient to me.

Their response to my review is nothing short of a masterpiece of deflection and denial. Imagine a company receiving valid criticism and thinking the best response is to accuse the customer of being the problem—truly impressive customer service skills at work here. It seems Transportugal’s policy for negative feedback is simple: blame the customer and, if that doesn’t work, blame someone else. I’m almost in awe of how well they embody the ‘it’s never our fault’ mentality. If you enjoy being gaslit by the companies you pay for services, then by all means, Transportugal is the one for you.
