Poor service
Many broken items
Insurance I paid for didn’t cover as like for like eg when they badly packed a item & it fell down in the the lorry I got 1/2 the new value
The packers are rude about my partner & I (when they thought I couldn’t hear them)
I had paid for packing and they complained about packing!
The insurance company they use were unhelpful & didn’t respond to emails
I had to chase via the removal company
They also “forgot” to reply to me
I’m furious!
Don’t use this company!!

The company were pleasant to deal with, quotations were prompt and communication was courteous and helpful. Timings were good although the removals men requested to come in s day early at the last minute. We agreed to it, also the following morning they arrived an hour earlier than planned and we were not ready. The foreman was very helpful as was the shuttle driver. Unfortunately the shuttle van left pools of oil on the long driveway which caused us some grief with our landlord. All we got in response to our complaint was a polite apology from the office. No cost reduction or monetary allowance for the inconvenience and additional work this caused us. Delivery was prompt but unfortunately several items of furniture and our TV arrived damaged. Also our house suffered from bumps and bashes. Again all we received was an apology and an offer to cooperate fully with our insurers. We received no compensation for the damage to the walls in our house and many smaller items they had packed suffered minor damages for which we couldn’t claim. Very upsetting when you look after your own property and pay for the remover to pack your goods, you expect them to arrive at destination in the same condition they left.Read more
