I recently used Premier Relocation for my move back to Portugal, and the service has been excellent from start to finish. Tilley, who handled the collection on their behalf, were outstanding.
The collection team was extremely efficient, professional, and well-organised, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled with great care and attention.

Premier Relocation were a fantastic removal company to use they stepped in at short notice and fitted in a move to storage and then a move a week later. Chris managed both processes seamlessly...it was like having a personal moving concierge service ! All the moving teams involved were professional and personable .

A huge thank you to Chris, Andy, Pav and the entire team at Premier Relocations. They were absolutely incredible from start to finish and made what could have been a chaotic and stressful experience feel seamless and under control, no small feat when moving a family of five (plus a dog!).
From the moment they arrived, their professionalism, care, and attention to detail stood out. They worked efficiently, treated our belongings with respect, and brought a real sense of calm and confidence to the whole process.
The organisation and communication (despite a lot of last minute changes) was first class.

I have used so many removals companies in my life but Premier Relocation just blew me away. We were let down at the last minute but Chris worked tirelessly to fit us in and also to navigate a number of last minute crises which meant the contents of a 4,000 sq ft house needed to go into storage with no notice. The crew was of such a high standard. They were polite, efficient and consistently went the extra mile. I honestly won’t use anyone else for removals ever again and I’m probably going to become a bore recommending them to everyone!!

I cannot recommend Premier Relocation enough. From the first visit to the actual move and even after care (coming back to collect the empty boxes) has been utterly flawless. I have used many removal firms over the years and nobody comes even close.
