More Than Removals were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Ryan and Mark were excellent — friendly, professional, and totally on it the whole time. They made what could’ve been a really stressful day feel easy and hassle-free. Our move was from Morpeth to near Norwich, Norfolk, and everything was handled with care from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole move ran smoothly. Couldn’t recommend them enough if you want a genuinely stress-free move with a great team... 5🌟

Sent us an information pack in an envelope and paid no postage. I had to pay £5 in order to retrieve said information from my local Royal Mail depot after receiving a “fee to pay” notice through my front door. Absolutely APPALLING marketing tactics. You literally shot yourselves in the foot by even attempting to send this in the first place.

Great experience with Alan and his team who helped us move, with packing service and furniture dismantling/assembly, on a super hot day when we had a newborn to manage. It made our move as stress free as we could have hoped for. Thanks guys!

Very disappointed with service. Lot of damaged furniture. Made a claim, but am getting no response to 5 phone calls, they do not want to know. They do not even return my calls. Your call cannot be answered id the reply. Moving 70 miles means I cannot call into their premises.

Fabulous service from the whole team from quotation through to the team on the day. It was great to have the packaging delivered well in advance, (we would never have ordered enough ourselves). The guys on the day were courteous, friendly and efficient.
