We used BMB for a long distance two- household relocation and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From the initial consultation, their liaising with storage and others, through to the final move, their total dedication and professionalism throughout made the whole thing the very best it could possibly be.
The admin team, the management and planning, through to the friendliest, most relentlessly hardworking team on the day, BMB simply cannot be faulted. We cannot say enough good things about them - if you want a safe pair of hands when you need it the most you will not be disappointed. Use them.

BMB were fantastic with our recent move. Our completion date was changed a number of times and they were very quick and flexible in alternative dates, then on the day the crew that did the move were quick, efficient, proactive and friendly, making sure all our belongings were put into the correct room which made unpacking so much easier! Would highly recommend

Absolutely fuming. Complete lack of professionalism, care and respect from this company. They have taken no care in our belongings or house. They have damaged our property including dropping chests of drawers on the stairs creating holes in walls and damaging handrails. They broke 4 of 5 bulbs on a lamp and broke the foot off the bottom of one of TV’s. Its ok though because they popped to the local shop and left us some superglue. 😡 Scuffs and dents all over the walls and ceilings on stairs. No apology, just a don’t worry the builders will fix it attitude. Our mattresses are disgustingly filthy, they took it upon themselves to remove protectors and shove in boxes and ones they did leave on are ripped. Broken, wardrobes damaged, furniture not put back together properly with loads of missing screws and nails. They left their empty cans and bottles all over the house both when emptying it and on moving back. They shoved empty sellotape rolls inside boxes because they obviously couldn’t be bothered to seal them, left packaging all over the house when the left. They took a console table back to fix and 4 weeks later still haven’t had it back. They just dumped boxes where they wanted later in the day as it was hot and they just wanted to go. They used the toilets without asking (except for 1 person) and lets just say what was left didn’t leave much to the imagination. Far what you expect of a professional removal company. An absolute disgrace of a company. Moving home is a stressful time as it and the stress this company have added is just unacceptable.Read more

What a fantastic team. They all worked so hard. We moved 200 miles and it went so smoothly. Arrived at our new home the team where there , unpacked the lorry. All I can say is thank you. Would recommend this company every time. 5 stars and more.

We had a fantastic experience using BMB Removals. We used them to pack and to transport for our house move from and they were nothing short of brilliant. They made moving that much easier. Many thanks again to the BMB team for their support.
