The team helped move my washing machine and fridge freezer to our new home. Great service and communicated throughout to let me know when they were going to arrive. Would recommend to others who need appliances moving like myself, or full removals.

I cannot recommend Nick and his team at Pro Move highly enough. Our move (on Friday 13th đź¤) was so smooth and easy, and the team (Darren, James, Hayden and Alex) were so polite, considerate and efficient that all in all moving house was a great, stress free day! If you are on the move, I would recommend that you let Pro Move make it easy for you.

We moved last Friday with the support of Darren, Hayden and James. My husband called them a couple of weeks before and Nick got back to us so quickly and James (I think) came over that day to do a quote. The quote was very competitive and having checked their reviews on Google and Facebook, we cancelled all our appointments for other quotes. They communicated what time they’d arrive on the day, and were very punctual. All three approached me and introduced themselves, which might seem like something small to others but I thought this was really lovely. I cannot stress enough how respectful they were of both the house we were moving out of and the home we’ve moved into. They laid mats down on the floors, wrapped up things like televisions, and were so careful when moving things. Nothing was broken or damaged, the walls and floors were not knocked into at all. There was a mat they’d put down that was a little slippy in the new house, and all three of them made a point to let me know to be careful, which was much appreciated especially as I am pregnant, and I thought this was very conscientious. They also took down furniture and put it back up again which was great. We did end up needing an additional van, but this was organised quickly with no complaints or stress at all. They were very communicative throughout the day and checked where we wanted things if they hadn’t been labelled. All three men were so lovely all day and worked so hard. Nick also popped in to help his colleagues for a while in the afternoon, and he made an effort when leaving to come and wish me all the best and to say goodbye. Moving is a stressful time but Pro Move took so much of that stress away and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We would also, without a doubt, use their services again if we ever needed them. We really can’t thank them enough for their support.Read more

A big shout out to Pro Move Relocation.
If you want a professional job done, then these guys are your go to.
On 25th Nov James and Liam moved 2 van loads of garden furniture and so many plants to our new address.
On the 26th Darren, Haydon and Cameron load our home of 24 years in to vans.
We were all done by 1pm.
Then we waited and waited.
We eventually got the keys at 4.45pm, by this time Nick was on site along with 2 more guys.
By 7.30pm we were in.
There aren't enough words to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent and professionalism of all the guys. They are truely amazing.
Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
We wish you all a very happy Christmas.

I am so glad I chose to go with this company, Nick and his lads James and Alex were absolutely brilliant on moving day, going the extra mile to take apart beds, and reassemble at new property. They had a runner through living room and stairs were also covered, I couldn’t fault them and as I didn’t get keys early the other lads arrived to help empty the van taking items to different rooms.
I would gladly recommend this company.
