We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Pro Move to help my elderly parents relocate to Norfolk. They were thoroughly professional, friendly and sensitive to the needs of everyone involved. Nick was very responsive in communication and worked flexibly with us to accommodate timings. His team were great - so helpful and thoughtful. They delivered their service completely as promised and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything they were doing. We would whole-heartedly recommend them.

We completed a move yesterday. Process of getting a quote and arranging everything was very easy, on the day the lads were fantastic. Take great care to ensure no damage is done to your property or belongings and very relaxed on the day. Very reasonably priced, we quoted from several companies but I am very glad we chose these guys, would highly recommend.

I cannot thank Nick and his team enough for the extremely high levels of customer service received during my overseas relocation to Australia.
Nothing was too much trouble, whatever I requested was done without any problems and always with a smile.
Not only is their service outstanding, but they are extremely reasonably priced and go above and beyond every time.
If you are looking for a reliable team. albeit locally or internationally, you can't go wrong with this company - I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Nick and the team were professional yet friendly from the moment we got in touch for a removal quote. The quote itself was very honest and reasonable, communication through the process was reassuring, plus Darren and the boys were fantastic on the big day... especially since our new home is spread across 4 floors! They took much of the stress out of what is inevitably a pretty intense day! Would highly recommend. Thank you all. Andy, Debbie and family.

Moving can be stressful, and tempers can fray in even the calmest of households. I'm genuinely happy to recommend NIck and his team to avoid that happening to anyone planning a move.
They helped us 6 months ago, when we moved into a temporary home while our own was being renovated. They made a potentially difficult day so easy that I had no hesitation in contacting them when it came time to move into our permanent home.
I decided to split the move across 2 mornings, to keep it as easy as possible, so they picked up some of our furniture from storage and some from the rental property on day 1, and the rest on day 2.
The team were so efficient, easy to work with, and nice to have around, that both mornings were straightforward and worry-free. It literally felt like having a team of magicians around - everything was loaded, unloaded and put in its place quickly and smoothly, and without a single problem.
From first contact, Nick has been helpful and relaxed - so much nicer to work with than many of the 'hard-sell' bigger companies.
On our moving days, his team turned one of the most potentially awkward parts of the whole experience into a couple of very pleasant days.
I recommend their service and recommend ringing them first - don't waste time on anyone else!Read more
