So impressed with the Pro Move team we had helping us with our move. Despite a challenging move with a lot of times up and down stairs, they remained in good spirits and were brilliant. If I were to need anything moved in future, no matter how big or small, I would definitely be using their services again.

Nick and his team carried out our two stage move for us; firstly moving from our old house into storage in Northampton, and then moving out of storage and to our new home in Lincolnshire. On the latter occasion, they also moved some items from our rental property to the new house. We could not have been more impressed with them from start to finish and were very happy to have chosen them for our move.
The quote we had from them was the most competitive we received, but we also went with them because of Nick's approach right from the start. Our moving process was rather drawn out and very stressful, but each of the two moving days was made much more bearable by how calmly, efficiently and cheerfully Nick and the guys dealt with everything.
We whole heartedly recommend Pro Move to anyone who needs a removal service as we really could not fault them in any way. A massive thank you for everything and apologies that it has taken us a while to get round to writing this review!

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish.
We used Pro-Move to relocate us from Northants to the South West and they did the full 'pack and move' for us, after a change in completion date (which was no problem for them).
The team worked quickly but meticulously with respect for us, our dogs and our belongings. It was a three-day process for us with it being such a long distance and throughout the whole process Nick and his team were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above to make the whole process smooth, seamless and stress-free. They worked like absolute trojens and we'll be eternally grateful to them.
Not a thing was broken, not even an egg! They're absolutely amazing and we'd recommend them to anyone. If you're reading this review and wondering whether or not to book them- DO IT!

We had an excellent experience with Pro Move moving home and recommend them to everyone looking to relocate or move. From the initial conversation to being in the new property, it was all about effort & teamwork on the day and nothing being too much trouble.
They thought ahead to get outdoor items moved the day before which made the day more manageable and on time to meet the completion schedules and a on-time finish on a very cold day!
I had three quotes and Pro Move came in the most competitive, but in hindsight, the most important consideration should be just how much work is involved on the day. Pro Move were cheerful and got through everything in a way that made it as stress-free as it could be! What's that worth?!

We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Pro Move to help my elderly parents relocate to Norfolk. They were thoroughly professional, friendly and sensitive to the needs of everyone involved. Nick was very responsive in communication and worked flexibly with us to accommodate timings. His team were great - so helpful and thoughtful. They delivered their service completely as promised and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything they were doing. We would whole-heartedly recommend them.

We completed a move yesterday. Process of getting a quote and arranging everything was very easy, on the day the lads were fantastic. Take great care to ensure no damage is done to your property or belongings and very relaxed on the day. Very reasonably priced, we quoted from several companies but I am very glad we chose these guys, would highly recommend.
