I am so glad I chose to go with this company, Nick and his lads James and Alex were absolutely brilliant on moving day, going the extra mile to take apart beds, and reassemble at new property. They had a runner through living room and stairs were also covered, I couldn’t fault them and as I didn’t get keys early the other lads arrived to help empty the van taking items to different rooms.
I would gladly recommend this company.

From the moment I phoned Nick at Pro Move I felt listened to and he was so polite and helpful.
The guy who gave us a survey for pricing was knowledgeable and very professional. Boxes were dropped off and collected .
Our move dragged on over months but each time I called they were patient and bent over backwards and when we had to move quickly in the end. Nick moved things around and was so helpful to be able to fit us in . On the moving day, four vans arrived dead on time with 7 guys to move us. They were efficient, quick and very respectful of our furniture and contents. Mattresses , leather suite and fragile items were all packed in padded wrappers. Nothing was too much trouble. They waited patiently whilst our house completed and moved us into our new house within three hours! I have nothing but praise for this Company. In this day and age they are absolutely exceptional and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting 1st class service .

I have very recently moved which was a considerable downsize involving a large amount of wrapping and packing on moving day. It was all done extremely well and carefully transported. We used Nick and his team to move us on 18/7/25. He and his team were friendly, professional and kept up the humour on a very hot day. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a bit of a delay getting the keys so our team helped another team locally who then helped ours.

So impressed with the Pro Move team we had helping us with our move. Despite a challenging move with a lot of times up and down stairs, they remained in good spirits and were brilliant. If I were to need anything moved in future, no matter how big or small, I would definitely be using their services again.
