I have only just got to the survey stage and am already disillusioned with the inaccuracies in the volume quoted for. The first page had items added ie bed 1 had 2.83 cubic metres ie and extra chaise and chest of drawers. Bed 2 approx 111 cubic metres and bed 3 had ie wardrobe, a chaise and chest of drawers 3.96 cubic metres added. i gave up and called the company and was told that the estimator was satisfied that he had the correct cubic capacity for my home. HOW? He then said the quote was was based on the number of days it would take to move my things so the survey was a waste of my time. I went through the house room by room showing him things which are not being moved with us and he added them to the list anyway....

Mike and the team went above and beyond. We moved during a red warning heatwave and I can't say enough brilliant things about the professionalism and attitude of everyone who helped us move in to our dream house. Nothing was too much trouble, no one complained even though it was 38 degrees outside! I'm in awe of them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A great company from start to finish, highly recommended.

Reddaways picked up an antique console table for me and delivered it to my home address. They arrived at the pick-up location on time and kept us advised of their estimated arrival time en route. On delivery, however, we discovered that the piece was just too large to go through the internal doors of our house. Undaunted, the Reddaways guys (thank you Ben and Jack), found a way to get the suitably-protected table over a garden wall, across the garden and up some steps to access my wider patio doors at the rear of the house. Great service and cheerfully delivered throughout. There's no doubt who we'll be using for any future moves.

Could not recommend more. From start to finish an absolutely fantastic service. From the quote to unloading the final boxes there is nothing to fault. Polite, punctual and just all round nice people. Would use again and will recommend to anyone moving.

One of the best removal companies to use. This was our second time, and it was a lengthy move from Devon to Scotland. They handled it as always with consummate professionalism and care. Reddaways are simply the best. Would like to commend Daniel and Ben .
