Fantastic service for our Plymouth house removal. The whole team were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond.

I recently used Big Tuna Removals for my move from the Plymouth area to Eastbourne, and the experience was brilliant from start to finish. James responded to my initial enquiry quickly with a phone call, followed up with a provisional quote, and after reviewing a video of my belongings, we agreed on a final price. As this was a long-distance move, he was mindful of keeping costs down while ensuring responsible working conditions for his team, which I really appreciated.
Two days before the move, I received a text reconfirming everything, including arrival times. On the day, three fantastic guys arrived exactly on time—cheerful, efficient, and incredibly professional. They made the whole experience enjoyable, and I couldn’t believe how well they packed everything!

Absolutely over the moon with Big Tuna, will recommend to everyone. After being let down by others, James and his team were a breeze - reliable and professional, from the very first interaction. James stood out as someone who genuinely cares, providing detailed and helpful information to make packing so much easier. Communication was next level, and his patience throughout our long process was very appreciated.
On the day Harry, Taylor, and Mike were an absolute dream team. They were punctual and completely took the stress and worry out of the day and were a good laugh. They were incredibly considerate, taking care of both our old and new house, using plenty of floor protection and professional covers for our sofas and mattresses etc. Not a single scratch or break in the entire move.

We contacted Big Tuna Removals Plymouth as needed some furniture & white goods moved from a tricky house.
From the first contact, the team were amazing - super friendly and so helpful! Nothing was too much trouble.
On the day, the guys worked SO hard to load and unload within a timeframe I needed. Everything was packed with so much care and they were great at making sure everything was where it needed to be.
We’ll definitely use Big Tuna next time we move! If you’re looking for a moving company in Plymouth, I cannot recommend these guys enough!!

Big Tuna Removals Plymouth, you are the best! A reliable and friendly service from start to finish. James and his team took all the stress out of moving our three bedroomed house into a storage unit, which I was very grateful for. They are a fantastic team and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic removals company! We used James and Big Tuna Removals recently to move from one house to another, all in one day. They arrived bang on time, all the guys were very respectful of both homes, putting flooring protection down before they started. They dismantled the beds and sofa bed and carefully transported them and re assembled them at the new house, without losing one but or bolt!
I would highly recommend using them if you want a reliable, competitive, trustworthy and respectful removals company 😊
