L & J Home Ltd offer a range of services and tailored solutions to help make your removal as seamless as possible. We understand that everyone's budget varies and we're here to help with the most cost efficient service for you.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

All removals are insured for £10,000 per vehicle. If there was any damage, photos would be taken and a form would be completed to send to our insurers for a swift resolution.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

We advise that customers are as organised as possible. It's important to start gathering your removal quotes early, this allows you to 'shop around' and not stress at the last minute. Be honest with your budgets as there are always options available. Research the companies you're getting quotes from and read their Google and Facebook reviews.

Would highly recommend these guys. Used them for storage at a very reasonable rate and to move from Plymouth to London. Communication was brilliant throughout, nothing was ever any trouble. Dealt with any issues swiftly and kept me informed. The guys that delivered my furniture were polite and very courteous ensuring everything was in the right room and double checked we didn’t want anything moved around the rooms. They worked very had to ensure my furniture got to me on time. Would use them again without hesitation. Thank you to everyone.

So pleased to have used L & J Home to move me. Not only were they efficient and reliable but they came up with solutions to any obstacle that came along. They made every effort to accommodate me even when I changed dates. Hard working and very considerate if I had to move again (hopefully not) I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Jess was so supportive from her first visit & when we exchanged & completed at short notice Jess arranged our move within 48 hours.
Lee & Hannah were amazing on our moving day. Nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic! They were able to help me move across the country at fairly short notice and were absolutely fantastic at every stage. Jess in the office was very helpful for working out pricing and logistics, Hannah was careful and professional with my belongings, and Josephine in the office called me a week or so after the move to check how I was doing. The whole team were lovely and the service was fabulous! :)
