L & J Home Ltd offer a range of services and tailored solutions to help make your removal as seamless as possible. We understand that everyone's budget varies and we're here to help with the most cost efficient service for you.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

All removals are insured for £10,000 per vehicle. If there was any damage, photos would be taken and a form would be completed to send to our insurers for a swift resolution.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

We advise that customers are as organised as possible. It's important to start gathering your removal quotes early, this allows you to 'shop around' and not stress at the last minute. Be honest with your budgets as there are always options available. Research the companies you're getting quotes from and read their Google and Facebook reviews.

Absolutely brilliant service from Jess and the team . From beginning to end, constant contact , advice , and a smooth no hassle move . We moved from one county to another , with narrow roads , and Jess and Lee sorted it all out without any bother . Thanks again

Brilliant service from start to finish. The team were excellent and communication was great. Jess, Lee and Hannah made my moving day a lot less stressful and they were quick and efficient with the loading and unloading. Everything went back into the rooms I wanted it and they put all the big furniture in place for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you L & J

Excellent and Efficient Service! We arranged a move for our 4-bedroom house from Plymstock to Sherford, and the team at L&J delivered outstandingly.

Lee, Jess, Hannah, and Jo made the process seem effortless and stress-free. Despite the fast pace, everything was incredibly well-organised and professional, with personal touches and helpful suggestions for arranging furniture in different rooms.

We highly recommend L&J; they significantly eased the stress of our move.

Very reasonably priced, professional, quick, tidy, friendly, knowledgeable, great communication - we couldn't have asked for more from Jess and the team.
I also used their storage facilities between moving dates and it helped to know my belongings were safe and protected from any bad weather.

I would highly recommend L & J Home Ltd Removals.
Jess was very helpful and patient through a very drawn out and complicated move. The whole team were very friendly and well organised and Lee had excellent advice on how to fit the furniture in. They all worked over and above what was expected. They arrived on time and the vans were loaded quickly and carefully and unloaded with the same care at the new address. Nothing was damaged. Reasonably priced compared to other movers. Also, they have smaller vans so you don’t need to worry about a big lorry getting access. Excellent service all round. 5*.

Fantastic team and service. They collected a large sofa, arm chairs etc. from parents home in Plymouth, safely stored it for 9 months. It was then transported by them to Stoke On Trent at very short notice and arrived with no marks etc.
The delivery driver was brilliant, polite and professional, he helped advise how to get the old furniture out that came with the property.
Cannot recommend L&J Home Ltd enough.
