Great experience, very happy with the service.
First move in five years and our first time using a packing/removal company. Aron was great from the start and talked us through everything, which instantly put us at ease.
On the day, Steve and the team arrived on time and got straight to work. They told us to go grab breakfast while they handled everything, and they genuinely did. What we expected to be stressful ended up being surprisingly relaxing.
Huge thanks to everyone at Taylor Made. We’re still unpacking (three kids = slow progress!), but the move itself was seamless.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Ive used them many times for moving with my crazy life, but also have long term Storage with them. The owner is incredibly easy to discuss difficult topics with, urgency, communication is excellent, always kind and fair. The staff he has is world class. They go out of their ways to make you feel valued and cared for. They are polite and ridiculously efficient. One of my moves was 7 mins to the van all in. ( one bed flat) they are strong and capable. I would never go anywhere else. Prices are reasonable. But for me the service and personal touch is out of this world. They will be my movers and storage for life. I will always recommend!

Apologies for the delayed review.
From start to finish the good people at Taylor Made Removals were prompt, courteous and professional. I literally got a response back to book the appointment for the assessment within 4 hours after posting the request on a Sunday!
Aron showed up on time, was thorough and explained every step of the way and was very accommodating. I had 3 other assessments booked for the following two days, 1 of which straight up ghosted me and of the other 2 one was very close in price and the last was about 30% more cost + a ton of paperwork they expected me to fill out. I went with Taylor Made as their customer service to that point was just astounding.
The day of the move arrived, Steve + 6 other people showed up in 3 moving vans and within 2 hours everything was pretty much done/dusted. All of the team that showed up were great and genuinely funny guys to be around.
Honestly the moving part on the day ended up being the least stressful part of the entire move. Thank you, 10/10 would recommend your company to anyone who asked me.
PS: HH jacket is still chilling at my place for when you guys want to reclaim it lol.Read more

Having recently completed our second house move using Taylor Made Removals, I feel confident in a five star rating for this great company. I read someone else say that they make moving day the least stressful day of the whole sales process, and I definitely agree with this! Great comms from Aron throughout and on the day. Very professional, accommodating and careful with belongings. The team also have a great sense of humour, keeping things light and easy on the day. Whilst I don't intend to move again any time ever, if I did I would only use Taylor Made Removals.

We couldn’t have asked for a better removal experience – the team at Taylor Made Removals were incredibly efficient, considerate, and thorough from start to finish. They handled everything with real care and attention to detail, making what could have been a stressful day feel calm and manageable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and respectful, not just with our belongings, but with our space and pace too. They worked quickly but safely, and were also thoughtful and reassuring, especially when it came to moving the more awkward or sentimental items. They even helped us by moving some of our things into storage ahead of time, giving us much-needed space to pack at our own pace. Nothing was missing or broken, everything arrived exactly as it left. Now we just have to find a place for it all in the new house! They are highly recommended.

The team who packed and managed our removals were professional efficient and friendly. They made the most stressful experience easier and smoother than I could ever have hoped. Excellent communication throughout the process. I highly recommend.
