A massive thank you to Aron and his amazing team ! Everyone in the team was professional, very hard working, friendly and great to be around. The best thing we did with our very stressful house move, was to employ the Taylor Made Removals team to move us. Thank you all so much, you were amazing !! Dan, Emma, Evie & Caleb.

By far the friendliest and most positive experience I’ve ever had with any tradespeople or service company.
The whole team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. They made what could have been a stressful moving day feel completely effortless and put us at ease throughout.
The level of customer service was exceptional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s rare to come across a team that combines such professionalism with such warmth and friendliness.
Even when the lift was broken to my apartment and they had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs- no fuss, called extra people in and got on with it.
I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for a removals company, look no further — absolutely outstanding!

We were recommended Taylor Made by two friends. We got some alternative quotes as we felt we should be ‘sensible’ but we needn’t have bothered! It’s clear on meeting Aron and Steve that they really care about what they do. They were helpful and reassuring from the very beginning and their quote incredibly competitive. When they arrived they could not have been more friendly, personable but also professional. It made all the difference to have such happy, warm people around at a time that could have been very stressful. They worked incredibly hard during the heat wave, we couldn’t believe it. We would never move again without the help of Taylor Made. Thank you for all you do!

Great experience, very happy with the service.
First move in five years and our first time using a packing/removal company. Aron was great from the start and talked us through everything, which instantly put us at ease.
On the day, Steve and the team arrived on time and got straight to work. They told us to go grab breakfast while they handled everything, and they genuinely did. What we expected to be stressful ended up being surprisingly relaxing.
Huge thanks to everyone at Taylor Made. We’re still unpacking (three kids = slow progress!), but the move itself was seamless.
