This is our 5th time using Movers International, we wouldn't even consider using anyone else. [name removed by Sirelo[ is courteous, efficient and 100% reliable. His teams are fantastic, hard working and very helpful, definitely take the stress out of moving day.

The office staff are terrible. We had terrible communication the whole time which ended up with a phone call the day the stuff was supposed to arrive (after three months) saying if we didn’t pay more they wouldn’t deliver our stuff. I instigated all the emails looking for updates. I email 3 weeks before the goods were supposed to arrive asking if there is anything we can do to ensure the goods arrive with no response. I had a total of six emails with no reply. I had to start cc’ing in all the staff I could find on the web to get a response. [name removed by Sirelo] was terrible at communicating, rude and unprofessional. The blokes on the ground packing our stuff were amazing. But [name removed by Sirelo] was awful and I suspect not entirely truthful. His only job is communication and he can’t do that to save himself. We didn’t get the service we wanted, I had to contact all the international contractors myself and getting any information out of [name removed by Sirelo] was like getting blood out of a stone. Basically, I did his job for him. Absolutely avoid if possible.Read more

This is the second time that Movers have transported goods (furniture etc) for me to South of France. I wouldn't normally bother writing another review - except that, on this occasion the drivers, [names removed by Sirelo], went way above the call of duty! We happened to pick the same delivery day that Storm Gloria descended on the town! Most of the surrounding roads to Quillan were blocked because of flooding, but [names removed by Sirelo], determined to get to me, worked out a different route to the town and got to my house. They had just unloaded all my stuff onto the ground floor when we got the word from the gendarmes that we all had 5 minutes to evacuate the town and if possible, move all valuables to upper floors, before they carried out a controlled flooding of the town centre (very scary). With no word of complaint, the two set to again and carried all the furniture upstairs for me, to make sure it was safe. I even had a phone call this morning from [name removed by Sirelo] - ' we just wanted to check you were all right!' What gentlemen - and what dedication to their work! Could find no fault with the company they picked up our belongings from storage in UK and kept informed of progress goods were delivered to our new home in Spain 6 days later superb service.

Movers International moved my kitchen units and electrical good from the UK to South of France. My builder, who was there to receive them said that Movers Int. had been 'absolutely brilliant'. There was a slight delay on the appointed day - which was because a motorway was closed, not the driver's fault - but they contacted my builder straight away and kept him posted. They rang him again the next day and told them when they were due to arrive - and arrive they did! He said the chaps were smashing and very helpful. And all the goods were intact and in pristine condition. Can't ask for more!
I have just contacted Movers Int again for a second move and would recommend them to anyone considering the same.
