Booked for 10am, nobody showed up, recieved no confirmation text or email or anything like that, then the driver I was assigned rescheduled for 12pm, only to be running 30+ mins late, eventually had to cancel, and there was no remorse or apologetic behaviour for the late conduct. will not be using again. They should work on getting confirmation email / text rolled out and bettter communication with customer.
