Proctors are regularly inspected by the BAR and follow their code of practice.

I felt confident that Proctors Removals were the right company to move us from my first call with Sophie, to meeting Chris, further emails between Sophie and Kirsty, to the amazing team that moved us. We had all the boxes and tape we needed and nothing was too much trouble. I would whole-heartedly recommend Proctors Removals as doing a great job at a fair price.

From the initial estimate from Chris to the final delivery from store the service was excellent.
Due to building delays our furniture was in store for longer than expected, Sophie and Kirsty were very helpful in reorganizing our delivery date on several occasions.
Both of removal team’s were efficient and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble , despite having to take apart and reassemble much of our furniture.
I would recommend for both removals and storage , the full team helped make what is often a stressful time run very smoothly.

I've never moved before and I'm glad we chose Proctors to move us. Very good presales and support - plenty of boxes, etc.. On the day, the moving chaps were brilliant - helpful, friendly and efficient. They took very good care of our stuff. Would definitely recommend.

We used Proctors to movel locally. They were fantastic. Professional, polite, and friendly. We highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we move. The packing service was excellent value for money in our view!
A small team carefully packed up our apartment into boxes the day before, and on the day a team of 4 moved us out and into the new house in a matter of hours. They disassembled and reassembled anything that needed it, and everything arrived in one piece. And they did everything with a smile. Couldn't ask for any more!
