Proctors are regularly inspected by the BAR and follow their code of practice.

We were moved by Proctor’s a week ago and cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. From the outset, Chris provided a thorough assessment of what the move would entail, followed by a prompt and detailed written quote outlining the process.
In the lead-up to the move, we had several helpful and professional calls with Sophie in the office, who answered all our questions clearly.
The move itself was carried out over two days by the fantastic team of Graham, Adam, Ryan, and David. They worked quickly and efficiently, unfazed by any challenges, and remained consistently positive and friendly throughout. Their good humour and speed made the transfer to our new home remarkably smooth.
To top it all off, the many boxes were collected promptly from our new property just a few days later.
We wholeheartedly recommend Proctor’s — an excellent team delivering exceptional service.

Proctors moved us in Haslingfield at the end of March. Chris & Adam led the team, with some travelling up from Northampton to assist. They were superb; timely, efficient, polite & made the whole experience straight-forward. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you all.

Absolutely Fantastic service.
We will never contemplate moving again without using proctors. Through all the process they were communicative professional and incredibly good value. The boys doing the removal were respectful of our property and worked extremely hard during the day. Despite the weather being dreadful on our move day they accommodated protecting all furniture and carpets at both properties.
The office has always been brilliant at communicating and getting back to us and made the whole process seamless. It’s been a personal service from start to finish.

Overall excellent service from Chris the estimator, the office sales and admin team, to Matt and his removing team. Knowledgeable people, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. It was amazing how quickly they moved our mountain of possessions. Nothing broken or scratched.

We want to thank Proctors for everything they did for us during our move within Cambridgeshire. They did a superb job across the board from the quote, to the scheduling, to the packing to the actual move. Lewis, Paddy and co. were a great team to have. They were super efficient and made so many aspects of the move easy for us. You can tell they all work well as team. We can't recommend them enough!
