Proctors are regularly inspected by the BAR and follow their code of practice.

We had a really excellent experience with Proctors from start to finish for our move. The quote process was smooth, with an in person visit. On the day of the move, Matt, Paddy, and Paul were brilliant - They took time and care with all of our belongings, and were able to take all the heavy goods up the 5x stair frontage, even disassembling and reassembling our wardrobes when they just wouldn't fit through inside turns (I think they put them together better than I had built them in the first place!). We would definitely recommend Proctors

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this moving company for our 27-mile move. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Chris, who did our initial home survey, was thorough and super friendly, and the quote Sophie provided was very reasonable and within our budget. We were a bit nervous about moving day, but Lewis and his crew showed up with such a great attitude and professionalism. They were in and out faster than we expected and made the whole process feel like a breeze.
Even after the move, Sophie arranged for a quick and easy box pickup, and Chris came back to collect everything right on time. Honestly, this was probably the least stressful part of our entire moving experience. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely wonderful experience from Start to finish - Chris came and did a very comprehensive surgery of my home and I had a quote within 24 hours sent across. It was the most competitive “Out of a total of six that I received and they were generous enough to give a discount because I had been referred by a friend. Sophie in the office was so good at communicating regularly and they had me booked in for my move. On the day the team arrived at exactly the time they said they would and they worked quickly and efficiently to pack up my home. They were very considerate of my home and kept it clean and were very respectful of our space. They facilitated the move with ease and I was as stressfree as I could be during the whole process. Every single item, small and big, was packed beautifully and absolutely no damage occurred during the move.They even came back and picked all the boxes up a week later. I would like to thank specifically Chris and Sophie, as well as Lewis West, Matt Jobson, Paul Morley, Adam and Ryan for all their hard work. Can’t recommend these guys enough!Read more

I had a fantastic experience with Proctor Removals and Storage Company. Last Monday and Tuesday, they helped me move, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Matt J, Lewis West, Paul Morley, and Matt McF were all incredibly friendly and efficient. They even found some cash in my child’s room and returned it right away, which really showed their honesty and integrity.
When we ran into a challenge moving a piano upstairs, Mr. Chris West quickly arranged a solution, and the whole team, including Shane in the background, made everything go smoothly. I was genuinely touched by their effort and professionalism.
Sophie (Administration Assistant) was also very clear and efficient throughout the whole schedule and communication process. Moving is always a mix of physical and mental stress, but this experience made me feel truly reassured, especially as a foreigner living here.
I’ll absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a moving service. Also, they were kind enough to consider picking up the flattened boxes for recycling, which I really appreciate.

We were moved by Proctor’s a week ago and cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. From the outset, Chris provided a thorough assessment of what the move would entail, followed by a prompt and detailed written quote outlining the process.
In the lead-up to the move, we had several helpful and professional calls with Sophie in the office, who answered all our questions clearly.
The move itself was carried out over two days by the fantastic team of Graham, Adam, Ryan, and David. They worked quickly and efficiently, unfazed by any challenges, and remained consistently positive and friendly throughout. Their good humour and speed made the transfer to our new home remarkably smooth.
To top it all off, the many boxes were collected promptly from our new property just a few days later.
We wholeheartedly recommend Proctor’s — an excellent team delivering exceptional service.
