BEWARE!! Our experience with this company led us to reporting a theft to the police, a subsequent home insurance settlement, Damage to furniture and several beaches of the company policy. The owner will gaslight complaints either questioning your mental health or calling you a liar, with no ownership of the issues and definitely no empathy.

My company has traded for 44 years and have never been accused of theft. Police have not contacted me from June 12th when you moved. Unfortunately you were not ready to move on the day, Mr [Name removed by Sirelo] still eating breakfast, the house not packed completely and son not as yet turned up to dismantle the bed as agreed. Slamming the door in the face of the men on 3 occasions whilst having a heated argument between yourselves kind of left us at a loss. The men called me to come over to try to defuse the situation which I thought we had and continued with the move. The insults directed at myself and crew were quite honestly ignored. Although, I do have a recording of it should I need to use it. Whilst I understand you were frustrated it is my belief that we as a team kept it professional.
