With great delight I want to say that Quicksilver Moving and Storage have done a superlative job loading in all of our belongings into our house in South Shields. Every item was handled as if they were national treasures. This was not our first international move, but it certainly was the easiest.
Many thanks to Antony (Peetzy) Piercy, Thomas Hawthorn, Tony Collard, Sam Collard, and David Collard for their professionalism and thoughtfulness during the two day job, and special thanks to Mark Robinson, Rob McMahon, Chris Tate, and Kane Sangster for locating the tiny missing bits of an antique mirror that was poorly packed by the American team.

HOUSEHOLD MOVING- UGH ! regardless of the circumstances - packing up and moving is always physically and emotionally draining. I was introduced to Quicksilver Moving in the early 90's. My first encounter? Moving things from my home to my folk's condo. Seems, I was always moving 'stuff' around our homes or storage facilities. In the early days, company owner Peter Kauffman shared 'if I work with a family on two or more moves, they will be lifelong clients!' How True! 35+ years later with too many moves to count - Quicksilver Moving continues to set the bar high when it comes to exceeding their customers' expectations. Recently I was desperate to move contents from
an ocean front condo in Jupiter to a Boca Raton condo. Out of town friends accepted a contract with a 2-week moveout time frame. - One call to Quicksilver Moving explaining rather vague circumstances (what was being moved from place to place) and flexible dates, (first move contents out of the Boca Condo to storage for a charity pick up) and exactly what was being moved, from Jupiter. Peter's response? Lucy, we've got your back!'

These guys are outstanding, they were respective of both properties and belongings. Really efficient and a great bunch of lads. Nothing was to much trouble and they even managed to move our hot tub. Everything gone and delivered in one go with no fuss. Great value for money snd of highly recommend them. Thanks

An excellent professional and supportive service from start to finish.
The quote was on a par with others.
The office staff were understanding and supportive when our moving dates kept changing.
Our packing team, Gary and Mitch, were brilliant, efficient and friendly, helping at a stressful time.
Moving day ran smoothly with excellent care for our life in boxes. No damage, no trauma.
The 3 man team that loaded the lorries was increased to 6 to unload quickly and efficiently.
Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Quicksilver, enough.
From the very outset, Quicksilver delivered a professional, efficient service.
My move was not straight forward, however, I quickly learned that Quicksilver had full grasp of my needs, and I was able to relax in the knowledge that they were in complete control.
The move was carried out by Geordie and his team who were just brilliant. I cannot thank them enough.
Last minute unforeseeable problems were dealt with immediately, nothing was too much bother. Solutions found and acted upon.

Very professional and polite. Arrived on time and advised of jewelry I had missed to check if it had to go. Hard working and finished job extremely well, including solving problem getting one piece of furniture out of conservatory then the house. Definitely recommend this company and competitive price.
