Moving home is often stressful & hard work. Terry came to see us pre removal and put our minds at rest. Whilst clearing our home we asked Terry for advice and he helped with a full clear of everything we didn't want to take. The day of the removal Tel & the team arrived and just took over. This is our second home removal with Safe Move Removals. I only have the highest praise for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you.

Terry and his team were brilliant. Not only during the move, with Terry explaining the practicalities of moving far better than our solicitor!! Terry was brilliant at managing our expectations around the date of the move changing, and put our minds at lease that no matter how much things had to be moved around he would ensure he was available on the day. Terry was kind, engaging and I'd say genuinely cared, not something I feel you get from many businesses in 2026. Not one thing broken during the move, and the team of movers were great at allowing us time to decide where we wanted things initially in the new house. I've already recommended Terry to two friends and will continue to do so. I hope we don't have to move again, but if we did Terry would be my first point of call!! If you want to feel looked after and listened to, this is the company for you!
