I have moved 6 times internationally and these are the worst. Terrible packing standards and terrible insurance. Countless items broken from furniture to TV's and Computers. TV's packed in bubble wrap and thin card (no TV boxes) items broke due to this negligence and at insurance claim time they claim a classic set of HiFi speakers are worthless (£30) due to their age and costed a replacement for the TV based upon a second hand one they found on ebay (that had also sold). Completely amateurish. Use John Mason or Pickfords instead

We used TR twice - and both times were horrible experiences. They somehow wrapped our Tupperware in bubble wrap!, but our framed artwork was piled up in a box without any wrapping at all?!? A cabinet (holding hard drives, a printer and cables) was wrapped without emptying the contents... The examples are endless. Upon unpacking, we discovered broken dishes, broken metal sculptures, cracked wooden frames, broken handles on a foosball table, chipped furniture, broken african artifacts. Books and photo albums were damaged. Horrible customer service (once they had our money); they took no responsibility and were able to dodge liability. Recommended only for moving IKEA furniture that you don’t care about.
