Wow!! The service we received from mercia movers was truly fantastic. From the first point of contact right to the very end they made every step as simple and straightforward as possible. [name removed by Sirelo] and the rest of the team worked so hard on the move day even through the pouring rain! They were proffesional and very friendly and took as much of the stress away as possible. Im disabled so i tend to find having work men in abit intimidating but i never felt this with [name removed by Sirelo] and his team. They put me at ease straight away. One of the guys called [name removed by Sirelo] i nicknamed my little pocket rocket as ive never seen such a young man of slight build work so hard and with such enthusiasm. Hes a true credit as is [name removed by Sirelo] and the rest of the team. I cant praise them highly enough and would highly recommend mercia movers to anyone. A fantastic experience. This was the best removal experience we have ever had. Nothing was too much for them and they cheerfully waited for 4 hours over time in a heatwave, when our completion was delayed! Most competitive rates too!

Excellent service. packed my whole house and loaded in a day took great care with everything. even a problematic fish tank!!!!!!! arrived on time and even got to the destination early the next day. the guys didn't stop working I hardly noticed them have a lunch break and very friendly. Nothing was to much trouble.
They were just so professional all round, our move was carried out so efficiently by friendly people who nothing was too much trouble for. Everything was moved and placed exactly where we wanted it, all our belongings were treated with respect and nothing was damaged. All in all a great job done by all the team. Thanks again

[names removed by Sirelo] packed our things and dismantled the furniture, taking great care to wrap up and protect everything. The following morning, they arrived promptly and unpacked very quickly - despite walking up and down the stairs to our first floor flat. They took care to ensure each box was in the correct room and reassembled our furniture. Overall, Mercia provided excellent service and we would definitely recommend them.

They were very polite and really careful with all of our furniture and possessions.
To say they worked hard was an understatement, they started at 8.30 am and didn’t finish until 6pmputting all of our furniture and boxes exactly where we wanted them, even putting our bed together ready to fall into after a long and tiring day.
I would highly recommend Mercia Movers i was so impressed with how hard they worked and helped us I gave them a £50 tip !

Absolutely brilliant company, I'm very glad to have found this company - they made the whole move process very easy - including dismantling and reconstructing furniture at the new property. Move went according to plan. Great bunch of Guys. Worked well as a team. Packed and loaded within 5 hours. Vans unloaded and boxes/furniture all left in correct rooms within 2 1/2 hours. Nothing damaged or handled badly. Would recommend.
