Excellent service at all stages of our house move with a very professional team. All of our items were shown care and were expertly packed. The removal team were friendly and courteous. They were understanding of moving house with a small child. Would recommend to everyone. Five stars

Just moved with Arclite to Brighton
What a fantastic company to deal with. They carried out all the packing for us one day, then the following day loaded us and drive to our new property. Everything was reassembled, boxes placed in rooms, they even assembled our childrens trampoline. The guys were really polite good humoured and made this move really easy, Thankyou all once again

We moved from Twickenham to Teddington. The crew were all very pleasant and polite.
They packed up all our belongings on one day and moved us the next day. We have just finished unpacking and not one single glass has been broken. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, thanks again!

I would prefer to give 0/10!! Arclite have damaged so much of our furniture, items have been scratched, a sofa torn, holes bashed into the bottoms of drawers, a console table’s top knocked off, frames smashed... the list goes on.
The owner visited our home the next day as he doubted our claims of negligence and we reached an agreement on the value of smaller items. The rest has gone through their insurer and two months later we have been offered less than a third of the value of those items. For anything flat pack they don’t pay out at all - our baby daughter’s brand new nursery furniture was flat pack and cost us £600. We won’t receive a penny and it has been destroyed. She slept in it for two months.
Avoid these cowboys like the plague.
