Perfect Group moved us last month, on the wettest day of the year - and the service was impeccable. From the booking us in, to moving us into our new home, everything was fantastic. Organised, personable, thoughtful and polite. Our move was seamless- they worked so hard, and with such care to make sure our belongings and furniture was looked after- and even checking in to see if we were ok throughout the day. A lovely team, we generally enjoyed the time we spent with them. Thanks so much- I wish more companies were like you guys. Fully recommend. Laura

A move in January! The most appalling weather! It Didn't matter! The Perfect Group changed the mood completely, bringing with them their effortless, professional approach to the task in hand! Smart Uniforms, Clean & Modern Transport! Punctual, Polite, Hardworking! We were out and in the new place in a matter of hours and although a cliche - can not recommend these guys enough! Moving home is a stressful experience in anyone's book but would like to say that this was simply not the case! Does it sound too much if I were to say smiles all round???? Well we all did, and happy to say this ended up being an enjoyable day, even if you have just moved your entire world. Well done Perfect Group and thankyou again!!

If I could rate them lower I would.
Not only did they damage items, they lost items (goodness knows how!).
Their customer service team was shocking, with no apology and they wouldn't refund me the full amount for lost items as, (as expected) they said it has devalued. Never mind what I actually paid for it!
The removals team also couldn't put a wardrobe back together after dismantling it and I was expected to go without it (at least 7/10 days) until they could get someone else to look at it.
Funnily enough I got someone to put it together and they did it in 90 minutes. Not that I should have to as they were paid to do it.
Whole process with this company was shocking. Never again

If I had the option to give zero stars I would.
Following a leak our belongings had to go
Into storage for flooring work, the packing up appeared to be professional yet the moving/moving in was appalling.
I had called to ensure the new floor would be covered and protected during the move in process and was assured it would be.
It was not, apart from some dirty blankets that soon rolled into a ball.
Boxes and furniture were taken into the wrong rooms. My dishwasher has dents all over it and it was kicked into place. It was installed incorrectly causing a leak onto new flooring!
Mould had appeared onto a leather chair. An office chair arm was broken, a desk cupboard now no longer opens with ease.
My hallway walls were damaged.
They have excuses for everything, they say they have photos of my hallway which show damage… yes time stamped after they had moved items causing the damage.
They claim they aren’t plumbers…which I agree as removing and installing pipework leads to significant leaks. This was part of removal plan. So when it goes wrong they aren’t liable.
I was left with an array of boxes to unpack as they couldnt…
So they have referred me to furniture ombudsman… accept the fact you have caused damage.
I would definitely not recommend this company.Read more

I would highly recommend this company. Ben, Stewart, Peter, Will and the rest of the team that attended our home over 4 days carefully wrapped, boxed, loaded vans with the upmost respect and professionalism. They all took a positive approach to the job and I can't thank them enough. I had a great rapport with all the team very friendly and polite, I feel very at ease with our belongings in there care. I will 100% use them again and would recommend anyone looking for this type of service to use them. Thank you all once again

Hugo, Max and Connor were fantastic. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful they were. They were so friendly, kind and considerate. Smart (both in manner and appearance), well organised and a credit to themselves and to your company.
They really took their time to assess everything.
They took such great care and I truly cannot praise them enough.
We had heard from our neighbours that Perfect were great and they were! It was a very hot and long day for them, but they never faltered and never grumbled (despite the new flat having a tiny lift and them having to take furniture apart to make it fit) and they didn’t have a break at all.
