Very happy to reviews these guys – first class customer service (London end) and cargo service! Used to transport a large suitcase, London, UK-Nairobi, Kenya - Oct/Nov 2025.
London end:
Abdul + Prince, very helpful. Fast to respond to emails and answer phone calls. I had a few questions, all were addressed.
London warehouse is a good set up. Staff available and offers to help carry package/suitcase inside. Oversaw the whole process of labelling and preparing the suitcase.
Costs are competitive and transparent.
Nairobi/Eastleigh end:
Suitcase arrived by the 5th day (they quoted 7-days).
Two young guys helped my elderly mother-in-law to load the heavy suitcase, at the depot.
Ticketing system in operation, on collection. Secure and well-run process. No damage to suitcase, all wheels intact.
Early morning call to advise suitcase was ready for collection. Offered a delivery service next time if required, if my mother-in-law needed.
Her comment: ‘smooth process, fantastic’.

Very friendly staff and a smooth package sending process. Will share an update once the package arrives safely! Update: package arrived safely to the destination. Excellent service, highly recommend. Shipments go every friday and my package arrived to the recipient in nairobi the following friday.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the entire shipping process.
