Sirelo, powered by TriGlobal, a Dutch company with 22+ years in the moving sector, is a lead generation platform. The moving leads are quote requests from consumers planning a move on your routes, checked by our team and sent to you in real time by email, on your personal dashboard, and directly into your CRM. You choose the routes you serve, set a monthly cap, and pay per lead: no fixed fee, no commission.
As of 2026, roughly 880 moving companies, across 160 origin markets towards 220 countries and territories use Sirelo’s paid moving leads services every month, drawing on over 150,000 consumer moving requests a year. Here is exactly how a request becomes your lead, what it costs, and what you control.
All moving leads start with a real person planning a move. First, a consumer fills in a quote request on Sirelo with their origin, destination, moving date, volume, and contact details.
Before any mover sees that request, we check it. Every lead first goes through a series of automated checks, then passes to our team, which monitors the process around the clock. If a phone number or email doesn’t check out, our team contacts the consumer directly to correct it. Even so, if a lead’s contact details are still invalid, you can flag it within 14 days, and you don’t pay.
Once we’ve verified a request, our system automatically sends it to the movers whose routes and settings fit. There’s no manual selection, and nobody bids: if the move matches your setup, the lead is yours.
As a result, it lands in your inbox and on your personal dashboard, the Mover Portal, in real time. Alternatively, it flows straight into your CRM through our API.
A maximum of five, including you. Because Sirelo promises consumers they can compare up to five quotes, we never send a lead to more than five moving companies. Depending on the route and demand, though, you may compete with far fewer movers, or none at all. Either way, you always see how many movers received each lead.
Typically, partners book between 5 and 10% of the moving leads they receive. In practice, that’s what shared leads deliver: exclusivity isn’t part of the offer, because comparison is our promise to consumers.
Speed, however, beats exclusivity: the first mover to call usually wins the job. So, for the best response, contact consumers within 48 hours.
You pay per lead, and only per lead — there’s no subscription behind it. The price depends on your coverage: broader routes with fewer filters mean a lower price per lead, while a narrow, specific setup increases the rate. This applies equally to domestic and international leads, and we charge baggage moves at a lower fixed rate.
In short, there are no other costs: no subscription fee, and no commission once you book the move.
Your account only receives leads that fit the setup you define, thanks to three controls.
Routes. You select the origin and destination countries you serve, whether that’s international moving leads, long-distance domestic moves, or local jobs. For domestic markets, filtering goes even deeper, down to regions or specific postcodes, depending on the country.
Monthly cap. You set a maximum number of leads per month, with a minimum of 40. As a result, our system spreads delivery evenly across the month, so you don’t get a full cap in the first week and silence after. Plus, you can edit the cap anytime in your Mover Portal.
Pace. Reached your cap? You can pause your account temporarily through the Mover Portal, for up to 60 days per year. Additionally, we process changes to caps, budgets, and routes within one working day.
You don’t pay for it. If a lead’s contact details are wrong, it’s a duplicate, it’s clearly fake, or it has a moving date outside the eligible window, you can flag it on your personal Dashboard within 14 days of receiving it.
We then review each claim and deduct the ones we accept from your next invoice (a fair-use limit of 10% applies).
