How Much Do Moving Leads Cost? Sirelo Pay-Per-Lead Subscription Explained

Sirelo pay-per-lead subscription has no fixed fees. You pay only for the leads you receive, and for nothing else. There is no joining cost, no platform charge, and no commission when you win the job.

So, what is your commitment? A volume, not a fee. The minimum is 40 leads a month on a rolling monthly term. Your price per lead then depends on two things above all: how specific your routes are and how much competition there is. The less filters you have in place or the less crowded the route, the more competitive the price.

This guide sets out the whole structure. It covers what removal companies pay per lead, how your route choices move that price, and what demand looks like on each corridor right now.

What the Sirelo Pay-per-Lead Subscription Includes

Sirelo is powered by TriGlobal, a Dutch company with 22 years of experience in the moving industry. Around 700 removal companies use the service every month, covering 60+ origin markets.

With a Sirelo pay-per-lead subscription, you get everything you need to receive and manage qualified moving enquiries, with no extra charges for the features below:

  • Verified quote requests, sent to you in real time by email and through your Dashboard
  • CRM integration through our API, typically live within one working day for the most used CRMs in the industy, or connectable via JSON/HTTP/XML for custom setups
  • A public Sirelo profile, where customers can review your service and you can respond publicly to their feedback
  • Cap and pause controls, which you can manage yourself
  • Route changes, handled by our PartnerDesk team, confirmed within one working day
  • Refunds on leads that do not meet our quality criteria

Each lead goes to a maximum of five removal companies, including you. Exclusivity isn’t part of the offer: comparison is the promise we make to the consumers.

How much does a Sirelo lead cost in the UK?

The prices below show the current UK rates as of August 2026. Your exact price depends on the type of lead and, for international removals, the coverage you choose.

How much do international removal leads cost?

International leads use a coverage-based pricing model. UK partners currently pay between £11.00 and £14.00 per lead, with one agreed rate applying to every international lead that reaches your account.

If you choose broad coverage, your price sits at the lower end of this range. For example, a company that accepts leads from all 13 UK origin regions and a wide range of destinations currently pays between £11.00 and £12.50 per lead.

By contrast, more selective coverage costs more. Companies that accept leads from just one or two regions and a short list of destinations currently pay between £13.50 and £14.00 per lead.

How much do domestic removal leads cost?

Domestic UK leads no longer follow a fixed rate card. Instead, Sirelo calculates the price according to demand and the pickup area you choose.

However, one rule applies across the UK: local removals within a region cost less than long-distance removals between regions, regardless of the area you select.

Baggage moves of under 2 m³ have a flat price of £3.20 per lead. Your route filters do not change this rate.

Why does your route choice affect the price per lead?

Every country has a base price for full coverage. In other words, the base price applies when you accept leads from that country to anywhere. When you remove certain origins or destinations, you make your coverage more selective. As a result, the price per lead increases.

For this reason, we recommend looking at larger regions, such as Western Europe or Scandinavia, instead of selecting individual countries one at a time. A wider route strategy can give you two benefits at once: first, you can access more enquiries; second, you can include routes with lower competition, which can help reduce your average price per lead.

In addition, remember that you can run the import route as well. If you offer UK-to-Germany moves, for example, you can also accept Germany-to-UK enquiries. This approach can help you make better use of your existing routes and increase the number of relevant leads available to your business.

The Three Settings That Control Your Spend

The pay-per-lead model gives you direct control over your lead volume and spending. You can change your settings whenever your capacity or business needs change.

Which routes can you choose?

You decide which origin and destination countries you want to serve. For domestic UK removals, you can make your coverage even more specific by selecting regions and postcode areas.

How does Sirelo’s monthly cap work?

You can set a maximum number of leads per month, starting from 40 leads. Sirelo spreads your selected volume across the month, so you will not receive your entire monthly cap during the first week.

You can also choose a budget cap instead. This is calculated from your agreed price per lead and the number of leads you want to receive.

Can you pause your Sirelo subscription?

Yes, you can pause your account directly through the Mover Portal: you have 60 pause days per year, with a maximum of 20 days per individual pause.

You can change your lead cap directly in the portal. For route changes, simply contact our PartnerDesk team. They will confirm the change by email within one working day.

What happens if a lead is unresponsive?

You do not pay for it. You can flag the lead from your dashboard within 14 days and our team will review your claim.

A lead classifies for a refund when:

  • the customer can’t be reached by both phone and email;
  • it’s a duplicate;
  • the information is clearly fake;
  • the moving date falls outside the eligible window.

If your claim is accepted, we deduct the amount from your next invoice. However, a fair-use limit of 10% applies over a rolling 90-day period.

We work to prevent wrong leads to reach you: every request goes through automated checks, while our team monitors the process around the clock.
