Fantastic experience using Clark and Rose! Very professional, friendly and accommodating crew. They fit my furniture through all sorts of narrow doors and stairways without a scratch on either the furniture itself or the walls. Packing (and later unpacking, just the following day, all the way across the country) were 10/10. Thanks very much!!

Requested a quote for a home move, initially all very professional and prompt in responding. My partner was informed that they’d be willing to negotiate on price. I found a competitor locally offering the same service but significantly cheaper (insured and regulated to the same standard). I asked Clark and Rose if they could match the price. I sent multiple emails and still waiting for a response. Poor customer service, and very disappointing at such an important time. Not sure I can trust a company with my personal belongings who don’t reply to any emails. Thankfully plenty of similar companies locally who want the work.

Beware of this company. The office staff was great, but the packers were incompetent. Framed, irreplaceable artwork was just set alongside boxes (not inside a box) and utterly ruined, with mangled frames and gouged artwork. Discontinued china tea pots were shattered. Books were packed - I cannot believe this! - spine up, so that they are completely crunched and ruined. Either the packers do not care, are incompetent, or were not trained, or all of the above. All pieces of furniture had gouges or cracks. I would not recommend using this company. If you do, you better watch them pack everything and be prepared to make a fuss when things are not packed well.
