This is based upon my own true experience. I was recommended steeles by a local friend. I visited the warehouse and spoke to a gentleman Darren who was very helpful with my removal plan and professional. Darren made our removal plan very smooth and sent the lads one day before to make it easier for our move. The lads were calm and patient and took a lot of care loading the lorry with our furniture and goods. Thank you to Jake and Ryan who were very polite, helpful and very calm. We were very impressed, they both were very respectful and made us feel at ease with our removal and they had brought our goods the next day to our home. We would definitely recommend steeles in Barrow in Furness, thank you, our best wishes to Darren, Jake, Ryan and the team.

The three gentlemen were absolutely amazing. They were caring, polite, and couldn’t do enough to help. They went the extra mile, especially for one of my residents, showing real patience and kindness throughout the whole move. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much

After being let down by a local company, Steeles removals (Jake & Connor) came to the rescue at a moments notice, giving great relief to a panic filled situation.
The sofas were very heavy and the weather was fowl. They were efficient, professional a so friendly, nothing was a problem. I suppose anyone can drive a van, but the skill and professionalism showed by these lads was second to none, the access to the properties was difficult, but they made it look so easy! They are a credit to the company, brilliant! 5* highly recommend.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how absolutely brilliant the guys were today (Jake & Connor). I was genuinely impressed with them, they are a real credit to you and the business. Their attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help stood out immediately. They handled everything with a smile, despite the fact that those sofas are far from light or easy to move, and nothing was too much trouble for them at any point.
It was a real pleasure dealing with them, and I would not hesitate for a second to request them again when we move house (hopefully in the not too distant future). Please do pass on my thanks and appreciation to them.

The whole removals experience has been absolutely top notch. From Darren's unwavering patience (and humour!!) from the start -and the team of super guys who moved us. Absolutely fantastic, seamless, professional and incredibly efficient. I can't believe we had the whole lot - unscathed - in the new house in just over one hour!! Amazing.
